>>88413I'm sorry fampai. Don't know what to say or do for ya. Can't imagine having that kind of immediate family. You still living at home?
It may well be that the best thing you can do is just break contact for a bit. Just let them be for a while, don't talk too much for a little. Don't break it off completely, but let them simmer down. Look at yourself and what you have said too. Even if you are 100% right, the importance of how you say it and the way that impacts people cannot be understated. Give them no reason to be resentful or angry. Redpills are hard for some, and you cannot corner an animal and not expect it to strike out. You have to work with it. Build up some trust so that eventually it comes to you of its own volition, even if it's just to steal a snack from your hand and quickly retreat.
Finally, some people just live in a different universe, my man. Family can be a tricky thing. But nothing good is easy. Take a deep breath, try to relax, than take a good, long, objective look at things. It's give and take. Even if your views are polar opposites, you can still exist as an extended family unit. I would know, that is my life. My extended family is total fucking opposite of my immediate family. They disagree on just about everything, and each thinks the other is an uncaring, moronic asshole. I have even borne witness to different parts of extended family talking shit on each other. Imagine the look on my face when my uncle and grandmother asked each other, in total shabbos goy fashion, why a distant uncle of mine "would even question that?" in regard to the (((Hall of Cost))). Jesus fucking Christ!
In the end though, we are all there for each other. We talk shit and think bad of each other at times, but my grandparents are there to help me with money, my distant relatives with connections in far off places and institutions, and me and my immediate family will always be there to take in and support those who need it. Blood is thicker than water. That works both ways though. Think of it like a double edged sword. It takes great work to reap great reward.
Plight foresetten plight, my nigga.
>>88438yeah still at home. I'm almost done with college and I'm making plans long term, but my current job is part time and pays $11/hour. I try to avoid the topic and wait for information to come out and simply prove the matter one way or another but they keep harassing me
>>88438I try to keep to myself and stay in my room, I spend most of my time alone reading books. The argument only started because I went with my brother to a storage unit to help him carry stuff and he started it in the car
I've got some bad news for ya. If your parent are actually dumb enough to believe the "MUH RUSSIANS HACKED THE ELECTION" then they are pretty much a lost cause. One half of redpilling is providing the facts needed for your claim, the other half is the other person having the intelligence to understand it and observe.
>>88455I'm not out to change their minds honestly, I just want to be left alone
>>88460to be honest your parents sound batshit insane Anon. I feel sorry for you. it takes a certain kind of indoctrination to suck the propaganda dick so viciously.
My family is also very bluepilled, the way to slowly deal with it is by using emotional reasoning sadly. Don't use facts unless they seem like they want to know, instead say things like X is bad because it hurts people. Isn't that terrible. Don't hit them with a hammer. Work redpills in slowly and your family will slowly turn right wing. But you need to hit the underlying assumptions slowly. Things like the ideals of equality, nature vs nurture, ect are what build up an ideology. Slowly change the foundation and they'll come around.
>>88465nah it's nothing special, I live in a blue state. They watch the news and read the papers.
>>88466I'm not interested in redpilling them, I gave up trying to convince them of anything after the election when I couldn't talk them out of voting for clinton
>>88468>I'm not interested in redpilling themReally? I doubt that otherwise you wouldn't have made this thread anon.
>>88469they started the argument, I'm just feeling a bit down and wanted to talk with some reasonable people. It's immature of me to whine I suppose
>>88413Sorry to hear about your family. A sad thing about awakening is we can't choose when someone else is ready to awaken. The best we can do is offer them the path and be there for them when they are.
Awakening people is a lot like fishing - going out and deciding "I'm going to catch THAT PARTICULAR FISH RIGHT THERE" is usually the recipe for failure and unhappiness.
Instead the path that's both more successful and in greater harmony with the world is to *catch those fish who want to be caught*. Just like with dating, far too many people get obsessive tunnel vision about one particular fish, and they blind themselves to how there are perhaps many different fish right next to them and anxious for attention.
It's one of life's tests to have to decide - with no way to ever know for sure - whether we're supposed to awaken someone, or whether the path of greater wisdom and kindness is to simply leave them at peace.
>>88473they're initiating these arguments, I'm the fish that doesn't want to be caught rather than the fisherman
>>88472>It's immature of me to whine I supposeNot at all, anon. We all get frustrated, some of us come here looking for solutions others just to be heard. I give solutions for those who want it but to those who don't my response is a good way for them to know I'm listening. We're here for you anon, we'll call you a faggot when your being gay and we'll help you when you need it because we've all done the same otherwise we wouldn't be here.
>>88474Ah, sorry I misunderstood.
Then you should be prepared to either simply say "I'd prefer not to talk about this," or have some basic facts to back up your positions. If they want to establish something, ask for some meaningful proof (that isn't just "I saw it on CNN" or other such variations of "NORAD TRACKS SANTA").
A useful measure of whether something is true, or at least in the right direction, is whether it's a good predictor of future events (or even historical ones). If they pose something, put whatever they propose to that test. Just be scientific about it with them, be partners not adversaries. But denial is always more powerful than facts, so at some point one just has to accept someone prefers to stay blind.
There are some people with whom I'll engage on such things, and others where I just nicely say "I don't think we'll ever agree about this - may we please talk about something else?"
Awakening (such as yours) is DEEPLY threatening to others who would prefer to stay asleep. As such they will often try to convince the heretic to repent - because internally some part of them knows the truth but is afraid to accept it.
"Eppur si muove" - Galileo
>>88477no unfortunately the proof I try to cite is just "a bunch of conspiracies" and "there is evidence of russian collusion they just haven't made it public yet" and further still it's wrong to demand that the intelligence community show evidence of their claims because "that would interfere with them doing their jobs" which is of course "protecting American interests"
>>88474tell your father an anonymous source on MLPOL said he can should stop watching fake news from paid soros shills.
>>88478You might ask your family how they'd feel if they were on trial, and the "evidence" someone claimed to have against them was "secret" and couldn't be revealed but the judge accepted it anyway. Would that be OK to be used against them? If not, why is it OK to use "secret" evidence to convict anyone (even if only in the court of public opinion)? And then you'd probably need to point out how the sources they like to use (e.g., about the Russia nonsense) have been discredited, and how the strategy for those sources is to simply ignore when they're wrong and fabricate some new as-yet-unproved-so-it-must-be-true thing.
Establishing a position means presenting *verifiable evidence* - so that evidence can be tested by others. If the evidence can't be presented, or the presented evidence can't be verified, then the position is one of *faith*, not rationality.
Generally speaking it takes a lot of effort to argue people out of their delusions and faith. For all of Galileo's work and the centuries of science that followed (Science being yet another Faith, of course), people are still Roman Catholic (and believers in Science).
If you're still finding yourself arguing with your family, you should brush up on your logical fallacies. Your family sounds like it likes to use them a lot (e.g., attack the messenger "conspiracy theory!" slurs, etc.).
>>88413Your difficulty reminds me of a semi-related Molyneux video where he said:
"What they do is scorn other people's anxiety, and that's how they keep their own anxiety at bay."
In other words, maybe they're using you as a scapegoat, because they're afraid, and they want you to express their fears so that they can dismiss you along with their fears.

>>88488the collapse of the petrodollar and from there the US civil/race war?
>>88489Both would be nice. But what I'm thinking of includes Russia as well.
>>88485>Q anon better not be a larperQAnon isn't a larper, but the entire operation is almost certainly a limited hangout to protect Israel.
Israel has owned and controlled the US government since before JFK, and has attacked the US whenever it sees fit (JFK, USS Liberty, 9/11, others), as well as enslaves all Americans via the Federal Reserve's Zionist debt-money. America does nothing - including electing every President, and every US action taken in the Middle East - without Israel's approval.
Yet in the QAnon narrative Israel barely mentioned. When it is Israel is painted as a force for good in the world (perhaps the most inverted view of Israel ever).
This suggests QAnon *is* close to Trump - because Trump, as proved by his Orthodox Jewish daughter, his genocidal Zionist son-in-law and "senior advisor," and all his other Jewish offspring, sees no difference between the interests of the US and the interests of Israel.
The QAnon narrative is both the Israelis cleaning house of minions who have failed them (e.g. Obama, Clinton), as well as ensuring the sacrifice of a few pawns forever absolves the Israelis of their crimes against humanity (since once the Saudis are "blamed" for everything the cases will all be closed forever).
QAnon is a limited hangout to protect Israel.

>>88498https://youtu.be/LbkQddEDPs0>>88527I didn't even reveal it that much I just accurately predicted the election and refuse to believe the russian collusion narrative without verifiable evidence
>>88531People that are told they've been victimized don't care to see if they actually have been. Most have never been the victim of such a serious crime so they assume that it must be true, it is the same reason why many believe women when they say they've been raped or harassed, the crime is so rare and special that it must be true. You need to realize that when your discussing these topics with people, you aren't all working together on some mystery that you all want to solve. When you question the crime, they feel as if you are denying their victim-hood because they already believe they are victims.
When they hear that something bad has happened like a lost election, harassment or police shooting, they don't want to hear that the "bad" thing was justified or entirely legal. The bad thing happened and it shouldn't happen again.
>>88531Lol, I predicted that Trump was going to win back in 2015, it was so obvious that I wonder why a lot of people got surprised.
"Jaded and naiive" at the same time? Your family sounds like a bunch of fucking liberals. Stupid, contradictory manchildren and womenchildren throwing around dramatic words to hide their incompetence as human beings.
Just pick a day some time in the future and come out of your room in outraged shock, tell them you just found out uh… Mark Dice, Mark Dice and Alex Jones, were paid off by the Donald campaign to only publish anything that made Trump look legit and Hillary look bad without fact-checking anything. Seth Rich was just a crisis actor that faked his death, and you're officially "Done with this bullshit".
Liberals can't handle reality. But if you have to live with them, like if you're a kid and you live in their house, just give them a comforting lie. Same deal with all these religious Mudslime nutjobs forcing their kids to fake still being religious or face death.
You know the truth, and not everyone is mentally prepared for it. You're the main character of your story, and they AREN'T the main characters of theirs. You aren't under any obligation to make things harder on yourself than they need to be, and libtards thinking whatever they want won't hurt you. To break the conditioning you have to know what the conditioning is. Brainwashed liberals are so thickheaded and stupid, however, you need to look at the brainwashers. They believe in the same things, of course, but the elite are more pretentious about it and back their ideas with sophomoric arguments. If you can destroy those arguments, especially through parody or satire, you have found a chink in the armor.
For more weak points of the left, look for points that it must concede to us. I refer to you:

>>88560>they basically are mostly due to the area we live and but i don't go out of my way to get involved with it, i'd rather just stay in my room with the door closed reading booksThen you read the books and think while they watch the TV and stink. Growing up my parents thought I was as uber-religious as they were, because I knew coming out as an atheist would be pointless.
A human is a human because it's sentient and sapient. Because it can think, create, listen, learn, and live. If it's none of these things, if it just follows orders from the magic looky-box, it isn't a human. It doesn't qualify as a human. It's just a pre-programmed NPC, so don't feel bad about any lies you might need to tell or any speech checks you might need to pass to stop them from turning on you. It might feel like admitting defeat to tell your parents and your teachers that you believe in what they believe, but that's just being smart. They'd only "Defeat you" if they decided to attack and hurt you by sending you to some kind of camp or shit school for "Misbehaving boys". When you're older and you're responsible for yourself, you can do damage to these fucked-up liberal NPC institutions. But until then, unfortunately, you're forced to take your participation trophies and wear your liberal labels and pretend to be a good liberal boy successfully getting indoctrinated by the system that was put in place solely to punish potential political dissenters before they gained the right to vote and threaten the liberal(Jewish) control.

Real humans have real human friends that go outside to walk on two legs, speak with languages using their mouths, and do normal human things, you know what I'm talking about. Loneliness and solitude are because of historical reasons bad markers, when you exhibit these markers and then go on to express yourself against the narrative, your family fears that you will not be able to socialise with real humans.
You must go outside and at least pretend. Go read your Mein Kampf in a starbucks if nowhere else, heck, it might even get you some greetext. Your best course of action is to go to fucking ponyville and make some fucking friends.
