Well I would just love to say it's all bullshit but most of the important stuff seems about right, I do believe this was written by a woman or maybe I just happen to not understand how men work to know some of the claims are really degrading for a man, it's like this shit is trying to blue pill you on how women are so great while teaching you some useful stuff (don't let me get to the part about how women have no fault over anything and it's all the men's fault)

There are a few problems;
That energy crap? It's pure bullshit that is not how it works or trannies would be the most manly men on Earth, it is just a psychological aspect of sex, if you submit too much your brain will get used to it and you ruin "your circuit"

That part about women being like dogs? No not at all, I get the comparison but its not that simple as just to manipulate her into shape.
You have not only to manipulate her but (as the author says) have a masculine, dominant stance on the relationship, and still she might just reject what you want her to do, no matter how much you insist, because women are social creatures man, you are not the center of a woman's life so she has a lot of external feedback and ideas.

Also that part about how small stuff like not buying her expensive things is bad? Well that's just immature if a woman ever takes not buying an expensive gift for her as a bad thing when you can clearly need that money for other things.
(No real complains on that thing about showing you care about her like complimenting her and stuff, that's really right)

Also one more thing, you cannot maintaining an expensive ship(woman) if you don't have the power to do so in the first place.
You might find an old ship and restore it all to it's former glory but that's useless if you look like crap and have no money to maintain it, either someone will stole it from you, or your ship will just leave you one day cause the rope you are using to tie it is not strong enough to handle the sinze of such ship.
Ok enough with ships, what I mean is "restoring a woman" is useless if you yourself are crap man, you might have le magnétic man megic XD aka, personality and actitude but you will never keep her to yourself if she realizes you have nothing more than that.
