I'm sorry to say that I will be resigning from my position as moderator for mlpol.net. I'm not going to go into the why to much but it has to do with one of the staff members that I can't stand (even going as far as to have him blocked in discord) becoming admin yet again. I'd argue against it but honestly this seems to happen ever other week and I'm sick of making the same argument and having literally the same discussion over and over. Unlike the previous member that quit I will not fuck with the board in any way and will leave peacefully. I just want to thank you guys for this crazy ride and our other hard working staff members as well. I had a great time helping make this site the amazing place it is today and it wouldn't of been possible without you guys. I will most likely lurk/post on the board after this so it inst good bye forever. but alas all good things must come to an end this is Ponetang sighing off as an official staff member for the last time, goodbye.

I dont know if this is just regular everyday drama or some grand structural failure of MLPOL.NET, but I dont like what I am reading. Atlas should reconsider his hiring practices for human resources if the head honcho generates a caustic working environment. 1 Individual bringing in respectable results while destroying the team morale is counterproductive.
