>Sweden’s right-wing opposition parties said Wednesday they are planning a motion of no confidence in three government ministers over one of the largest security breaches in the country. If passed, the vote could shake up the ruling minority coalition.>Leaders of four opposition parties announced the move following reports last week that a 2015 leak allowed IT workers abroad to access confidential information in Sweden’s government and police database. The security breach allegedly came about when the Transport Agency outsourced some of its services to IBM in the Czech Republic.>The three government ministers are blamed for incompetence and delaying the release of information. Prime Minister Stefan Lofven, who described the leak as a disaster that put Sweden and Swedes in harm’s way, said he first heard about it in January — some 18 months after the leak occurred.http://www.dailyjournal.net/2017/07/26/eu-sweden-security-leak-2/http://archive.is/8ZWmk>>55096The cause is the Swedish government outsourcing IT services.
A bit of summary
>It has also been found that, by mistake, the Transport Inspectorate sent out vehicle information on emails about people with hidden identity to both Swedish and foreign companies.>When the error was detected, a correction was sent, also this by e-mail. In this email, it was disclosed openly to the people who had protected identity, and asked the companies to clean themselves in the lists.>In January, the surprising message came that Transport Director General Maria Ågren, Director General of Transport, ended with immediate effect. The reason was stated to be disagreement between her and the government.>On July 6, it was discovered that Ågren was investigated to have revealed classified information that could damage the country's security. She accepted a fine of 70,000 kroner.>On the same day, Prime Minister Löfven confirmed that the suspicion of Ågren already existed in January. Ågren, in his job as Chief Transport Supervisor, has signed decisions to exempt from statutory requirements for computer systems and servers.>On July 14, it became known that also Transport Supervision Chairman Rolf Annerberg knew the offenses - without doing anything. Annerberg has now asked for redemption.>On July 16, SVT revealed that the government has not informed the Foreign Affairs Committee in the Riksdag about the security aspects of the IT scandal.>According to SVT, several employees in the Transport Inspectorate report that they have been attempted to get the message when they would notify the service.>Some of the info that was mishandled was also names and addresses of secret agents. >>55100>The transport agency then emailed the entire database in messages to marketers that subscribe to it.https://href.li/?https://thehackernews.com/2017/07/sweden-data-breach.htmlThat whole sentence is a massive WTF. Why is it going to marketers? How does a database with photos of near every citizen fit in email(s)?
Something is missing.
>>55109Trust a Swede to do it in the most fucked up and insecure way possible.
I "fear" that that is exactly what happened. It is truly amazing how badly they managed to fuck up.
Wtf is up with the Swedish government? I understand the rampant cuckolding, but how the fuck could anyone be so goddamn careless?
>>55114It is a special trait leftist have, they never cease to amaze at what level of stupidity they are capable of conjure forth.
>>55114Sweden found 2 ways to sell out their people. This time for profit. This thread lacks Sweden flags, are they on suicide watch?
>>55117They are probably trying to find ways to blame this on the right. And when that fail they will blame it on the right.
If we have a reelection now the Sweden Democrats (nationalist party) will get atleast 35% of the votes and become the largest pary, but it's likely that they will get even more due to leftist polling and people jumping ship from the socialist party currently in charge.
We will likely see a big fall in the number of votes for the socialist party and a rise in the left-party (literally communists) votes.
A rise in the liberal party and the moderates (cuckservatives) is also likely.
SD getting around 35% of the votes will mean that the ruling party will have to include them in the coalition if they want to pass anything at all.
>>55134But will any party cooperate with SD? I fear that Sweden will either get a communist rule backed by the left because the communists aren't SD, or the same people will be elected again and nothing will change.
>>55134Thanks for the rundown, m8.
Does this mean the political climate is getting better in Sweden?
>>55136The left will be in shambles after this and everyone on the right hates the commies so they will probably be on their own.
The only problem would be if the conservatives works with the socialists instead of SD, but recently theres been talks of cooperation between M and SD I'm not to worried about it.
>>55137It's good news for sure but I would rather we not have reelections now and instead wait for the actual election next year. SD is constantly growing in the polls and it's possible if more stuff like this happens then they may get up to 45% votes by 2018, so I'm kind of hoping that the conservatives take over for now and continue on to the election next year.
>>55139Sounds promising. Really hope Sweden gets out of the leftist slump they have been in for a very long time.
>>55140*cough* and the rest of the west *cough*
>>55141I wish you weren't 100% correct
>>55140It will take a while to rebuild everything that has been destroyed but with SD in the government the migrants will stop coming and the ones that have no reason to be here legally will be deported. The ones that already have a valid permit will be a problem but it's possible they will be sent home once the conflict in Syria ends.
Prepare for extreme screeching from the left if SD gets in. Think the Trump protests but 30% of our population.
>>55147Lol, the left will totally loose their collective shit if that happens. And as a bonus I think the no go zones will become so bad they have to be fenced/walled in thus fixing the problem.
what are the chances for a governmental coup in sweden and who would be most likely to replace them?
>>55151There won't be a military coup but right now it's looking likely that the ruling socialist party will step down and either the cuckservatives will take over until our election next year or we will hold a reelection in three months.
Howver this ends, its still a great development.
SD, however is not for a ethnical homogenous sweden but for are for assimaltion. They also don't want repatriation. If they don't secretly wants these things. And they are pro-israel.
This is still great progress and it certainly makes me glad because it is a positive sign but I just wanted to point out these things.
>>55189If that image is how they present themselves I could not take them seriously.
>>55197their mind is as bluepilled as their decorations.
>>55151So... Löfven decided to take the cowardly route and decided he would not say anything today.... And the Swedish Left Party is blaming the opposition for the IT scandal.
>The Swedish Left Party say that they will support the no confidence motion against Anna Johansson, but not against Anders Ygeman or Peter Hultqvist. Party leader Jonas Sjöstedt believes that the Alliance, that is, the nonsocialist parties that had earlier Government power, also have to take their share of the blame. He's asking for an investigation of the Alliance.https://twitter.com/jsjostedt/status/890137883084021760https://twitter.com/jsjostedt/status/890204352132132865 >>55213All of the establishment falls. It's perfect.
>>55213>people who are not part of the government are to blame for the failure of the governmentalso i find it mindboggling that all this shit is focusing on some trivial it bullshit when sweden is drowining in a swamp mof rapefugees and civil war.
>>55216I think this is mainly because of grammatical rules in the Swedish language these days. Any sentence in Swedish containing Refugee or "Migrant" that don't also contain words of praise is considered racists.
>>55216Yeah, agreed. They still bring up sometimes something that is called, "The iron pipe scandal."
I probably need to read up on this incident more, since I don't really know the entire story. I just know that in the media it the story is basiclly that some guys in the top of SD picked up iron pipes (because they felt threatned),pushed someone and called a woman a whore.
They act like if this would be true, I don't trust a single word they say anymore, I as a voter should vote for one of the other parties in the paralament, while we have: No-go zones, terrorist attacks, massrapes, murders, car-/house-arson, riots and a lot more.
>>55094this may be good since their right is now the strongest party
>>55114There's severe doubts this was an 'accident'. Basically consider this to be putting the name, address, and phone number of every Swede and swecuck on it's own special searchable site.
>>55114>>55332I suspect it's just the usual problem when public servants are involved - no one gives a shit, and there is no clear allocation of responsibility.
>"I'm not employed to do specifically X thing, that's someone else's problem."So everyone involved just keep their heads down and hope that "someone else" will deal with it. And there's plenty of idiots working in the public sector to make bad decisions and generate problems, if you have more than the minimum of brain cells required you get snatched up by private employers who offer better pay.
It's also probably a factor that it's a consensus culture where no one wants to rock the boat.
I don't work in public sector IT, but have a few friends who have done so.
>>55544These numbers can't go unchecked!
>>55332You were banned last night, but are now unbanned
>>55261Do they have the same deal as Chile and other countries where they have multiple parties, but the left wingers formed an alliance to fuck over the right? That seems to be so common now.
>>56135>left wingers formed an alliance to fuck over the right? That seems to be so common now.Leftards are all a hivemind. They'll throw aside their "principles" and ally/compromise with the trashiest of trash to keep the right from expanding, organizing, speaking… etc.
It's actually one of their greatest strengths. Right-wing groups will need to come up with their own cooperation methods if the DoTR is ever going to happen.
>>56141We have eight parties in the parlament. Three that are leftish, three that are liberal. One cuckservative and SD.
The right-wingers/liberals form a alliance against the left but they exclude Sd.
The liberal alliance have and are for immigration.
Last election they even formed a alliance with the left so the leftish could rule in four years till the next election. In other words they rather: Have the socialist rule insread of having a new election since sd would have gained more mandates in the parlament.
>>57170So basically nothing happened in the end and the left is still in power because they would have lost otherwise. Why am I not surprised.
>>57172this kind of party shit is what i expect for the next election in germany. The AFD is not as strong of a party as it could be, they are already falling through the cracks of everyday politics. I predict that Merkel will be relected by both the left AND """centrists""" and rule until the EU falls apart or she dies. If all these 300 year revolution charts are correct, we are still 15 years away from a groundbreaking change.
>>57175It is sad that we must watch the leftist destroy the countries before enough people wake up. At least it looks like the French people start to regret electing Macron.
>>57177essentially we live in feudalism again, rather than having one "ruler" we have a body of people who rule over a country and cant be removed from power because they forge aliances with other parties and the 25% of the population that still vote and support them.
The Countries of Europe have less power over their governments than a man in a wheelchair over his legs. Even if we get to elect a pro ethnic nationalist party, chances are it will be rendered powerless by the (((party structure))) of the country. Parties that are funded by corporate oligarchs.
>>57178I totally agree. One thing that would help is if it was illegal to form coalition governments. The biggest party was forced to rule and had to ask the parliament each time if wanted approval to do anything. This way the discussions won't be held in secret and a decision already made before they "ask" parliament.
And then you have the EU that dictates its rules to countries that none of the voters will be able to have a say in.
As the politics in Europe is playing out I am starting to like the idea of an two party system more and more.
