I will quit the consumption of pornography altogether, furthermore I will make sure to train 5x per week at the least, read more reich material, and feed less (preferably none) junk into my body. My plan to do this is through hopefully with my new found readings and need to cook healthy food, I will have less time to indulge in degeneracy altogether. I will also begin actively doing corrective stretches for my bodily imbalances whenever I get the urge.

I work in personal projects which drive me to expand the boundaries of my technical knowledge in many ways.
I got my finances in order while I was employed and now I don't owe a dime to anybody.
Currently I am unemployed but I have the feeling I have not wasted a single day. I made some freelancer work meanwhile so I can learn how to put a price to my own work myself, and keep my skills fresh.

I have started to go to the gym and improve my guitar skills now that my schedule isn't as tight too.

I am currently working hard and making money, might have a possible line on an actual adult job.

Need to start getting myself back in shape physically, get back on an exercise regimen, and stop eating crap. If anyone has advice on how to stop eating garbage food I'm all ears.

Prepare your own food + intermittent fasting.
If you don't pick absolutely pesticide-filled GMO jackshit/American corn-and-antibiotics-fed meat then anything you make will be nutritionally superior to pre-made food. And it usually tastes much better too. Cooking really isn't hard, especially with the internet at hand you can find a ton of good recipes.
Intermittent fasting saves you time and has a great effect on fat loss. If you're gonna cook your own food on IF you're only going to need to make one decent meal a day and you're set; a ton of time saved this way.

Estoy some oatmeal and tuna, oatmeal it's great and it makes you feel full so is double great.
Also tuna is great for workout, that's what I heard atleast.
Working 5x a week is not exactly necessary I may say, if you make a routine 3x a week it is good enough, and you will feel less exhausted and see results quicker.
Also never forget legs and cardio, a lot of people start working out and going to the gym and forget either legs or cardio or both altogether.
Muscles are good, but they don't mean shit if you don't have enough cardio to throw six punches.
I wish you luck op, it's not easy to get fitlit, don't forget to drink enough water.

Do what I did, pull an all nighters to around 7pm and then sleep until 5am. Works perfectly and will really fix your sleep schedule up

As of 4 days ago I have been getting up at 5am and walking at least 3miles without letting myself stop until I finish the walk. So far I'm doing 16~ minute miles so I'm not that /fit/ yet, I've also been spending my days working on oddjobs for my neighbors no matter what the weather is like so far it's rained every day during my walks and my jobs but once I finish my day up I end up feeling better than the previous.

Adding on: I've only ate rice and steamed veggies/beans with fruit for the past week or so but I give myself a break on Sundays when I can eat plenty of meat.

No sodas and no fast food for 3 months so far.
