I thought it would be an interesting experiment to look up a bunch of other degenerate tags for comparison as well. It's really just whatever fucked up thing I could think of at the moment. The idea being that if it has more results it is more common, and so less fucked up and weird. I guess.

I still can't believe that the average person is more likely to look for a picture of someone being eaten or absorbed into someone else's balls than a picture of somebody having regular ol' sex with a relative of theirs. I guess filters are a hell of a drug.

You're fighting an uphill battle thus your test results are skewed.
Incest requires that a set of characters are must be related.
If you were watch a show all about a single unit it's be more likely due to lack of other characters. While still fighting single character porn.
However in something like MLP there's a plethora of characters and that highly restricting requirement means it's unlikely in the first place unless OC and fandom characters step up.

For 3D it's shared everywhere for free and that's part of the spread. Don't need to create a 3D model, just do a Garry's mod or SFM. Human framework and animations and poses, Done.
It's filler, relatively quick to reproduce of somewhat character flavored whatever it is.
3D Pony default SFM that's pony is... fine, more effort needed. But there's better. Better than anthro of course.
2D Anthro... either someone commissioned it, the artist doesn't draw pony but doesn't want to draw people. I'd say the point stems from furries, but that's only conjecture. Furries find that to be the default option. There's numerically significant amount that encourage the creation of furry like characters.
While any of the odd tags can be artificially attached to any character, incest requires in-show relationships of a relatively small subset of characters.
Many don't like incest in the first place so they won't be actively searching or seeking it out or paying people to create that. Those that pay the artist get it.

Also the surge of vore is technically softcore without porn that could be anywhere online publicly, and that somehow bulks up those numbers.

Might dig into that, but for now I'll just blame furries and easier to use and access 3D models.
