Decadence can't be stopped.
We have to hope the fandom collapses under its degeneracy soon; so we can have a fresh start.
That's the way human-history shows us, I guess.
>>359557And what of the rebuilding? Would not the degeneracy simply return? Ouroboros.
>>359558Certainly, it would. But we would have some golden years, before the process of decadence shows its first symptoms again.
As you wrote: Ouroboros.
Such is life.
Bronies, like furries, are fandoms that will accept just about anyone. A consequence of that is that total dregs will glom onto it.
Unlike irredeemably degenerate furfags, bronydom had it's fifteen minutes of fame, which attracted a lot of relatively normal and wholesome ponyfags. Now that the show is over and the fandom has lost its steam, a good chunk of those who stuck around are the worst degenerates of the bunch.
I don't see how this trend could be reversed unless there was some sort of cringe brony renaissance to draw back the older wholesome ponyfags and get normies interested, which obviously will never happen.
