Are we really who we think we are or are we all just the same consciousness with no individuality?
Do you see this as a bad thing?
I think we have a soul the brain just processes information for it.
>>355676Ghosts don't real
>Do you think personality is part of the mind or the soul?
It's the sum of connections between neurons.
>Are we really who we think we are or are we all just the same consciousness with no individuality?
Why make this post if you're just asking yourself?
>Do you see this as a bad thing?
See what?
>>355671Personality is shaped by the memories and values.
We're all unique individuals unless we're niggers or normies.
I hope you're not that faggot bot who asks random questions.
That's the worst undertale character btw.
The best Undertale characters explore themes and ideas or play with meta shit, she's just a one-note meme. post best girl Muffet.
>>355705Based Muffet appreciator.
>>355705>>355706>Undertale Cringe, even by /mlpol/ standards. The only only "Under Tale" I want is a mare's Under Tail.
>>355706I heard Toby Fox's undertale kickstarter included some "pay 10k to put your oc in the game" backer reward as a joke to reference a homestuck "pay 10k and your character gets in the comic. Pay 20k and they survive more than one page" backer reward. But some fat fetishist actually paid up and wanted his "Butter Dragon" oc in this game intended for all ages. Right where Muffet is now. Toby moved him to a hidden area only fucking nerds would know how to access, putting down a sign that vaguely hints at how to fight So Sorry. That's what the butter dragon was called. Muffet was a monster designed by one of Toby Fox's friends.
That's the story I heard. No idea if it is true or not.
1. I don't think we have a soul. Our organism is what manifests our mind and therefore our personality.
2. As fragments of the Universe we have our own individuality, but at the same time access to the over-conciousness of other organisms that share the overall same genetic information.
3. I don't wanna care about it being good or bad, as there is no way to change it. It is the only possible outcome and therefore it is neutral.
>>355714See, I heard that story as well but what I heard is that the guy thought it was entirely a joke, so when Toby was actually serious and asked the guy for an OC he only had that one to give away and told Toby to then put it in the most obscure corner he could to make sure that nobody would find it without actually specifically looking for it, thus explaining the name. I also heard that Muffet was another one of those backers, but Toby liked her so much that she got included on the main path of the story and not just as an easter egg, but I could be easily as wrong. Anyway, spooders are cute and the personality is formed in the brain before being stored in the soul.
>>355740I believe that. What's your favourite thing about Muffet?
>>355742My favorite thing about muffet is that she's good at baking. I hope to one day be able to make baked goods worthy of being bought and sold with my own two hands, just as she's managed to do with her own six hands. Also, six arms make for a comfy hug.
>>355727If our universe is the only possible outcome then let's assume that it ends with something good.
>>355743https://www.food.com/recipe/bread-pudding-with-bourbon-sauce-46353Try that. Bread pudding isn't too hard to make and it will definitely impress people.
>>355747That's quite optimistic.
If it is the only outcome, but ends with something good, than where is the bad going to happen?
If it ends, just with the neutral nothingness, than it's already more, than I could ask for.
>>355760The bad will happen during the existence of our universe I don't know when or for how long, but I know that somehow it will end with something good.
