Biotechnology is advancing rapidly to the point where transhumanist technology will soon be available to the public. Even now biohackers and intelligence agencies already have early cyborgs in their ranks. So the question to ask here is how is this technology going to affect global politics? Will nationalism still matter when anyone can improve their intelligence? How will this technology be distributed? (As of now biohackers seem to be the pioneers and they are doing it on a budget.) How will this technology be regulated?
