This is somewhat accurate, but assuming "the base" means actual voters and not politicians/donors, "Team RINO" has basically zero support. If Liz Cheney or someone runs it's just going to be another Evan McMuffin situation. So, it's basically down to Team Trump vs. Team DeSantis, and realistically there's not much difference there so you can probably assume that the Trump crowd would vote for DeSantis if he wound up getting the nomination and vice versa. So the "infighting" he's talking about is not likely to be much of a big deal, nowhere near on the scale of the infighting in 2016.

On the Democrat side, their unity tends to be pretty fragile. The only time they can really pull all their various factions together is when they're running against Trump, so I guess from that perspective DeSantis would be the more logical choice for the Republicans. At the same time, Biden is basically senile and can't run on anything other than not being Trump. Frankly neither party is looking especially strong at the moment, but I'd still bet on the Republicans in the near term.

If you go the conspiracy route the chemical spills is needed to have something to blame for the heart deceases and other long term ailments caused by the COVID jabs.
But could be Train derailment is just at the flavor of the month for news outlets because one major one happened and all others are reported on.
One thing is for sure is that it is not doing any favors for the Biden administration. So if there is any great plan behind it it has to be a long term one, or it is drowning out other news that would have been at the forefront if it hadn't happened.
