The ZOA has a vested interest in keeping white Americans friendly to Jews, and making sure America is willing and able to continue sending money and weapons to Israel. The ADL's blatant Anti-white racism has potential to threaten the rosy image that Americans have of Jews, which is bad for the Zionists as they need Americans to continue worshipping Jews.
I doubt the ZOA actually gives a fuck about anti-white racism, but the lack of subtly on behalf of the ADL causes problems for them.
Also, a lot of the ADL's anti-white racism is left leaning, which means that as Boomers die off, the American right could hypothetically drift away from its unwavering support of Israel, which is a risk that the ZOA cannot tolerate, especially considering that many far left activists are overtly anti-Zionist (but covertly pro-Jew).
Overall, some Jews have a vested interest in conserving the position they have in society, and that position is supported by the unwitting generosity of white people, so they may lose some of that if white people get pissed off at them too quickly.
