Looks like Demokrats knows midterms will be a Republican landslide when the SCOTUS judge who said he would not retire is retiring.
>A judge appointed by a Democrat president is retiring
>Likely to be replaced by another judge appointed by a Democrat president
I fail to see what the big deal is. Also, why not just appoint more justices? The biggest problem with the SCOTUS is that they reject nearly all the controversial cases because, "There are too few of us and too many cases."
<But, all the currently appointments would be baizuo!
AT LEAST GET SOME DAMN ANSWERS, instead of some vague excuse for why they're refusing to hear the case and kicking the can down the road on the legality of it. A bad answer is better than no answer because then we actually have something concrete to grasp onto in regards to what the law is, and they answer can always change later (Just look at how gay marriage was brought before them a dozen times until it was finally considered legal).
>>332080Yeah, that's what I was thinking. This is a damage control move.
>>332085*shrugs*
It's news. Even without a dynamic power shift, a Justice stepping down is newsworthy.
>>332085>I fail to see what the big deal isDo you really think 'the first black woman SCOTUS' will be apolitical? Or do you recognize that she's probably gonna be the niggest nig of 2022? Its a big deal because of enabled accellerationism and the skewing of public perception. Biden and co are gonna exploit this for everything its worth and then some, and theyre gearing up to push the racism card with double the intensity. Its a big deal because of the narrative.
>>332098This.
>>332085It's not hard to see why this is news.
>>332085here is your answer
the justice trump appointed made it legal to require vaccinations for some employees instead of all. It's the usual "vote for me and die fast" and "vote for me and die slow"
The only voting people should be doing is with bullets.
>>332119>The only voting people should be doing is with bullets.Says the guy typing angrily on his computer.
>>332119And those that can't fight should at least vote better with their money
>>332119>The only voting people should be doing is with bullets.Be the change you want to see in the world.
>>332098>Do you really think 'the first black woman SCOTUS' will be apolitical?Depends upon her looks, hair, weight, and accent. If she's a balloon, ugly, and/or has crazy hair (Or, two of the three) she will be the niggerest of all niggers to have ever niggered the world. If she's only ugly, expect your average baizuo politician. If she only has crazy hair or is a decent weight, expect a moderate Conservative everywhere but where it counts. If she's none of those, expect a strong Conservative woman.
And, if she has a Jamaican or African ascent, she will be the most no-nonsense person to the point that even a Klansman would find her too extreme in prosecuting niggers.
>>332160Biden is picking her. She is not going to be conservative.
>>332161>Biden is picking her(X)
>>332160Speculative, but look at how over-the-top the first black president was. He played every machiavellian game he could get his hands on., to the point that people STILL worship him. By precedent alone, it wouldnt be unheard of for them to push le firtest wamnennigger joodge as a pseudo-celebrity, maybe not the EXACT same way, but in direct parallel
Anyone wanna take bets on how long before she publicly supports packing the court?
