Saltposting starts here, because I don't care to make a second thread for it.
>>331049So if they only banned this directive, but still upheld the mandates in hospitals, nothing changed. This allows for any business to still mandate it and cause a slow acceptance. Nothing happened except they didn’t want all businesses to do it right away. They wanted slow acceptance.
>>331051I guess so. I'd say it's still a small victory, although not total. At least it will protect those who work at non-pozzed businesses.
It's really all that I expected.
>>331050>the Supreme Court has gone full-on fascist>Our government shouldn't give citizens freedom of choice in an emergency situation like thisGet me out of this Orwellian nightmare. This double-think is just too much.
>>331065Normies don't even know what "fascism" means. It's the buzzword of buzzwords.
>>331048They took their sweet time to finally reach a just decision. But I am so glad they finally reached a conclusion. The salt will be delicious.
>>331048Note: They blocked the OSHA mandate, not all mandates.
They will pivot.
remember that this is not the final ruling, this is just them stopping the OSHA rule from taking effect and letting the healthcare rule go into effect while the cases make their way through the courts. still room for things to change in either direction, if either biden finds some leverage over the court or a surprise lower court ruling goes against the healthcare worker mandate.
>>331080The faith you people have on those creatures is astonishing.
There's not a chance those top interpreters of (((oligarch's))) laws are independent. In the end, they will rubber stamp zog's policy as told.
Granted, some disagreements may pop up, but to believe they are philosophical ones instead of State's policy is naive. Think about it, laws and regulations applied to the peasants are not written by lawmakers, but obscure anonymous bureaucrats behind the curtains, the legislative and judiciary branches only give a halo of legitimacy to convince the normals to obey.
