I know this isn't exactly the thread for it but does anyone here know about the ways to worship the goddess Epona at all? I was going to make a thread on it on /vx/ because while looking for material I tend to just find lots of posts by teenage posers and shiny stone sellers at worst and people just listing a few basic facts about her at best. I know the knowledge of her worship is mixed between both the Gaelic and Roman ways but hopefully there is enough information there to properly worship her. I read about having a figure or carving of her or a horse to offer prays and offerings to but if I was to get one I wanted to know what to offer and I would want something a bit more fitting for it then just some basic shop bought horse sculpture.

And to tie it into the board more, how much do you think MLP and ponies could tie into it? Do you think like some fan work that Celestia and Luna are tied to her? With the story of her birth, do you think she's fine with all the horse pussy posting on here?

Epona manifests in all traditions, whether of similar form or idea. There is no correct or incorrect way of worshipping, unless youre adhering to a specific tradition. Study Epona and appreciate what she represents, and then make a gesture to her in light of what she represents. Correlate her with the ponies who's elements relate to her. Do things for her as one might a waifu (literally, shes one of the oldest waifus in history). Dont get a cheap statue, get something nice, with felt or fur that you cam give itches to. Not expensive, just detailed. And then pet the hors.
