In fact, I think Dominion was introduced shortly after Trudeau took power.
Based on how he dealt with the Alberta fires, I would not be surprised if he used similar ballot control techniques as California.

- Tons of foreigners now have political rights.
- The Canadian bureaucracy showered the voters with money through the lockdowns.
- TV tells the NPCs that everything is fine.
- With their bellies full and non-stop entertainment the sheeple might never wake up.
