don't get addicted to caffeine and you should be fine. The real question is, how do you guys like it? Sweet? Bitter? Milk or no milk or a milk substitute, dare I say? Also, ponies with some proper funbags. Post em!

I've never had coffee, personally - caffeine doesn't really keep me awake. And no I don't have ADHD.

Yes indeed, it is actually quite good for you if you don't get addicted to caffeine like >>319412 suggests and if you don't consume it in great quantities.
Coffee has many benefits for the human body.

Care to validate that claim? In what way is coffee synonymous with jewry?

People can get addicted to coffee and many other things, but caffeine addiction is romanticized. Kids/teens are told drinking it makes them mature. Adults are told downing an adult's serving of it every morning "to help them wake up" isn't a dependence but an ordinary part of a stressful life. Even if they're stupid women who do fuck all every day.

When you overdo caffeine, your system reacts by making more adenosine receptors, and then you need caffeine just to not be a tired wreck all the time.

>There exist anons who aren't constantly chugging caffeine.
I am shocked and impressed.
Any anons know around how long the "I really need a liquid with flavor in it" stage of quitting lasts (for diet dew, not coffee)? Every once in a while I try to cut back, but the lack of flavored liquid ends up pulling me right back. I haven't found a flavored water that quite does the trick, and seltzers and their ilk just disgust me.

This.
Ingesting caffeine on the regular will make it so that you are miserable whenever you are *not* on caffeine, which further perpetuates a feeling that the caffeine is giving you energy, which it is not.

Get yourself an eye dropper. Then, go to the baking and spices aisle. Go to the 'extracts' section and get yourself the flavor of your choice. Add it in dropwise to water. Stir and taste. If you don't taste it, there may be one of two things happening. 1: you need to add more extract. 2: the extract needs to interact with sugar to make the flavor profile you recognize. This is cheaper than buying some premade drink mix. There are no weird things in the extracts, usually, and you can make a more vibrant flavor than most mixes. You can add the extract to other things for the same effect. Best glass of strawberry milk I have ever had was made this way. Mint, I usually get by with only a few drops for a travel mug, with no sweetener. The extracts last a long time as well. If you make it too strong, it's easy to just dilute your drink to mellow it out again. Commercial flavored waters cut back until there's nothing there.

If it's too much effort, there's always juice and juice based drinks, such as lemonade.
