Frens, my employer has hardcore in the last 6 months swallowed the (((diversity))) kool-aid. They have set up a "Diversity Counsel" that started with blacks, "latinx", the whole gay alphabet , and now they have added "disabled persons". they threw in "parents" to have some token white category. It's a large well known company that I'm not sure I want to disclose yet. But. I wan't to know if there is a way to fight back. I obviously need the job and have bills to pay. But I genuinely feels like its only a matter of time before any white people are just put into a cuck shed there. Should I just dump the emails online? is there a way to make sure it gets back to me (I'm pretty sure they track everything we do and I'm super paranoid they will know who leaked the info). Its not on the level of the coke "be less white" training but its getting close. I'm all for acceleration but it was genuinely a good company to work for before they started doing all this.

Thats my take too. It was SUDDEN. like in the last 6 months. Feb was HELL, literally multiple emails a day about Nigger History Month. At first I thought they would just put a few things out but its snowballing out of control. theres's some diversity email every day. It wasn't like this a few years ago when I started, no one gave a shit and just focused on doing our jobs. They also put out us to make us put pronouns on our employee profile (from selected approved lists, no attack helicopter for me)

Typical stage 3 SJW corporate cancer infestation. They have taken over the HR department, and have replaced enough middle management to start pressuring the C suite execs.

The C suite is trying to protect itself by virtue signalling before the blackmail and false harassment claims start.

Option 1) Revenge.

Leak the training to Project Veritas. Yeah, they suck Israeli cock. But they thrive on whistleblowing like this. All other media channels will just turn your ass in.

If you don't trust them, you could leak it to Borysenko at @DrKarlynBorysenko on Twitter. She broke the "Coke be less white" story, and is looking for more.

Once it gains traction, the company may pull back for a few years. Or they will double down like Gillette.

Option 2) Official complaint for a hostile work environment.

This will probably lead to your dismissal for some bullshit reason. But you will have an open and shut workplace harassment case.

Before making the complaint, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING and GET A LAWYER!

With an SJW infested HR department, they will (not if) escalate and retaliate. You will need docs to protect yourself and eventually sue.

Then follow your lawyer's recommendations. Also, NEVER attend any meetings about the complaint without your lawyer present. They will try to force you to attend anyway: refuse. If they fire you for that, you have already won the suit your lawyer will file for you.

Either they cave, or they fire you. If they fire you, sue with the ammo your lawyer has. Generally companies settle for 3 years salary, but something this egregious could net 7 figures if it goes to trial.

Option 3) Say "Fuck it", and get a new job.

Sadly, the company is now dying. You won't have a job soon any way you slice it as the SJW's will want more treasure for themselves.

Do yourself a favor and start your job search now while you still have a job. It makes it way easier to get another one. If the new company needs a reason, just say "A change in company culture". They'll know what you mean.

Cover your ass OP, and then decide how much of a fight you're up for. I'm sure you're aware that the G in geico stands for 'government's, and there may be constraints therein that a more private company can get away with but they cant, but only a credible attorney could speak with authority.

So how would I not out myself if the only way I can access the items is on a work computer that I'm 99% sure is key logged and tracked. If I print the items there will be a record. if I forward them it will be a record. I could take a pic with my phone but then I'm afraid that someone will see me do that and the quality will be crap.

If you're not 100% sure of a safe way, don't do it. Best way would be to use some public access computer to nonchalantly copy over a few files, wait a month or so, then release the files by duplicating them through plain text to rid any weird metadata, and then upload to wherever the fuck these get leaked through tor+proxy+tails. Ideally only interact with the data via tails too, and shred(1) it afterwards.

the only access I have is physically going into the office and logging into a work computer. We are "distanced" but I think someone would notice if I brought another computer in. I'm not even sure it would work. I put a USB plug into the computer to charge my phone like a 2 years ago and got an email from IT like 30 seconds after that saying that an unauthorized storage device was attached. I got a talking too so I think they would know if I tried to plug anything in.

No one really snitches on that though because everyone is just consooming youtube/music/faceburg on their phones all day at their desks.
