The man himself's avatar making machine is exploitable, and his donations page has lacking online security. I just pledged to donate -$1000 to him every week until the election using a fake credit card I found on a credit card generator site.

I wouldn't recommend attempting to defraud the Joe Biden campaign or using a fake credit card online for anything, but I can confirm that OP has a post history and the avatar generator is harmless enough. You can create and save an avatar without donating any money or giving them any information. I don't even think their server saves them, it just creates a local image you can save.
There's probably not much point to doing it en masse since the images are not saved or posted anywhere automatically, but if you want a funny avatar you can certainly make one.

Oh, also I'd recommend being careful about putting negative dollar amounts into something like that. If it accepted it, then more likely than not it eliminates extra symbols like negatives or dollar signs during input validation and probably just takes the decimal value, which means if it was a real card you might actually be setting it to charge $1,000 a month. If it's not a real charge card then probably nothing will happen, but if there is a real account attached to it and they start getting charged an amount that high, that's fraud and it's pretty serious. In general it's a bad idea to dick around with credit cards online.
