pic 2 is shit. easily the worst flag I've ever seen. a green n on blue with two symbols? Who the fuck would look at it and say "Yeah that's Kanto from the first Pokemon game"?

I still can't believe Mozambique has a fucking assault rifle in their flag.

It's funny how many of them slap the ancient fascist symbol or the Democratic Germany Eagle or one lightning bolt on them and call it a day.
They should put two lightning bolts there and make it look like the letters SS as in Nazi.

I don't know, the one bolt (pic one specifically) is probably more related to America than the SS. It doesn't make sense to have the logo of a specific foreign military wing on an American flag- that specific bolt, though, was the symbol of the British Union of Fascists and our boy Oswald Mosley. It is only political, and distinctly Anglo.

What if instead of featuring thirteen stars for the thirteen colonies in the corner (or our current number of stars) it places stars horizontally along the stripes in the opposite colour (red stars on white, white stars on red) to free up the right corner for a more complex image or symbol?
And then it could have a cool monster or animal head on it.

Should the background of a flag be considered part of the flag?
Personally I think if you can't slap your flag's emblem on something without the background helping people recognize it, you've got a shit flag.
Lines and blocky boxes are alright but chad-tier flags have ADVANCED SYMBOLS. Cool art. We aren't Pepsi redesigning our logo for extra simplicity every year. Fuck the jews and their boner for minimalism.

Every part of a flag is important and symbolizes something about what it represents. Also simplicity is important because 1) it has to be easily reproducible and 2) it has be distinguishable from a distance. If you're complaining about tricolors I have to agree, though.

Rate my combined flag design
It's Celestia and Luna on a yellow and black flag, which represents everyone's favourite yellow and black flag AND the dawn/dusk they have dominion over. Their laurel wreath contains a red swastika with white heart. On their right they have a red and yellow-background black swastika with white heart. On our right we have an American swastika. Red white and blue, a star, with a swastika in the center because America belongs to the whites.
Also Celestia/Luna have a laurel wreath halo.

I'd add 13 stars around the swastika in a circle, then put alternating rows of stars on the red and white stripes in the nearby stripe's colour.
So 13 "original colonies" get their stars, then the current number of colonies gets featured on the stripes where there will be PLENTY OF ROOM for any future colonies made in space or on destroyed foreign lands conquered in revenge.

It depends how spaced apart the stars are, if they are too close together it could break up the stripes but if they are spaced apart more than I think the stripes would be fine.
