A big shoutout to team management. you have outlived every other champion and most semi finalists. you are supreme. everything on top is just a boonus.
>>272400 >>272401 >All of my this, our team's management is absolutely amazing, every single one of them. That they truly are, they make these matches truly fun and exciting.
It was close, and we gave a good effort. /sag/ was just a little faster on their countering and ball control. I'm okay with it, it would have been absurd if we won 3 in a row. I knew something was up when my computer took a shit. Good thing I don't have epillepsy
That sucked. Maybe I just don't notice it when we are winning and it's happening to the other team, but it really galls me when you can watch the AI just blatantly pass the ball to the other team. Like they don't even try to send it to a teammate or run after it, they just give it to the other guy.
That was a bummer. All over that fucking goal at the end there. Oh well. Fucking Boer cucks better fucking win, God dammit. Well played, PESfags.
>>272454 All I know is that one self goal was all some sort of African voodoo stuff to win them the match, ngl. Kinda how /cg/ pulled that trick, but failed.
Well, next up is the 4cccl. If we keep playing the way we have in the qualifiers the first 2 matches notwithstanding due to having no managers because that's what the wiki said we have a solid shot.
Thanks everyone for watching. Sorry that we couldn't bring it home this go round, its hard to meet expectations when you have won twice in a row. I could go into a lengthy discussion of what I think went wrong, which would be a mater of debate, but the long story short is its a bit of my fault. I made the export, which I new was not as strong as it could be. It being weak was due to me being a bit over extended this go round (which is nothing unusual) but on top of that Wand was also and the new testers were hard at work with the 4CCCL leaving the main export to be very weak compared to what we wanted. So I take responsibility on that front.
So next go round we'll aim for that allusive third star, hopefully /mlpol/ can still snag it before /mlp/, till then nazi horsefuckers.
>>272460 Awwwww. It's fine Plus. You and the rest of the management have been excellent to us for so long, one bad playoff shot won't erase all of the good you all did just bringing us here. Thanks for everything.
>>272460 Don't worry Plus. It was an super exciting match and fun to the bitter end. I had fun watching the entire time, and this entire tournament. Now we can sit back relax and enjoy the rest of the league.
>>272460 Considering everything going on in the country/world, not to mention one's individual responsibilities and how they are likely to be impacted by current events, it is understandable. That notwithstanding, you have nothing to apologize for. We made the qf. This is the first time we haven't placed top 3. We have 2/5 pol league stars. Ur good. And I say you directly, and to all staff old and new
>>272460 Heh, it's okay, this match was still close at least, lots of choking, remove reich alicorn though, she wasn't even spelled properly.
At least now I can comfily watch, either hoping the winner is /tcr/ (because I like the team) or /leftypol/ (because it'd trigger /pol/acks even more than us.)
Hello everyone, after our disgrace in the last /pol/eague placing outside the top 3 for the first time in our history, we are looking for more anons who want to help. >>274127 >>274130 Technically speaking, the prelims for the league path should have already happened. Was supposed to be 2 matches between /o/ and /dng/, and another 2 between /sp/ and /vrg/. All 4 matches should be complete by now, but there's been no update on the wiki https://implyingrigged.info/wiki/2020_4CC_Champions_League_qualifying_stages In any case, /mlpol/ will not be playing until next week, which is when the 4cccl Main Tournament takes place.
Competitors this weekend will be: /out/ /wsg/ /wtg/ TBD /w/ /jp/ /drg/ TBD
... of which 2 1st placed group teams will advance, as well as 1 team who wins the 2nd place playoffs.
Meanwhile, for those who correctly know what day it is, the preliminary of the league path was scheduled for today (not yesterday). Still no updates on the wiki to suggest an outcome, and the last leg of the prelims are supposed to start in 10 minutes
Ok so if I'm reading this right the pot drawing for the Main Champions League is on July 5th at the end of the Champions Path League Qualifier. The main Champions League tournament starting July 9th but no specific time has been given.
>>274280 Link I had (saved when stream ran), not sure if it had all the matches of the day, is already killed by YouTube, but here it is in case it gets back up by some miracle. But hopefully there will be an VOD uploaded somewhere sometime, or someone already have another link that works. https://youtu.be/P5TQ9BcHp80
Divegrass starts thursday The 4cccl begins this Thursday at... who gives a fuck? /mlpol/ plays at 3p EST against /piemonte/? Followed IMMEDIATELY by daddy /pol/ vs. /vrg/ at 3:40. Back to back nazi divegrass starts tomorrow!
>>274789 Can someone go tell /mlp/ about that tomorrow? I'm sure they'd love to see horses >ruin another cup. Normally I make the threads, but the tranny mods are shitheads and banned me on all boards for trying to bait redditors.
mlpol-tan "I hope I get to meet daddy again. And I think it's gonna be REAL soon. I hope that it will be just like that magical April fools day. We'll sit side by side H*lding H*nds, remembering the good times we had together. I just can't wait until we can be together again. I love you dad."
>>275169 Correct. With today's results, /mlpol/ only has to not-lose by more than Piedmont. Piece of cake, considering how /cm/ has played so far. /pol/ however either has to win outright OR they can continue if both games in their group are a tie. PLEASE let then go through! I want a legit /mlpol/ vs. /pol/ match dammit! Especially for the final!
>>275383 I am not fully sure, trying to decipher it using the implyingrigged wiki, but the roads leads me into to the dark ally of /ag/ - Autism General and the /ag/ League. https://implyingrigged.info/wiki/User:Vaughan
>>275383 It's Juventus a irl football team in Italian league called Serie A Piemonte was created in Fifa 20 due to Pes 20 gaining the rights to use Juve in there game.
>>275549 It's not overconfidence. Realize the significance. Prepare yourselves. Steel yourselves. Even in loss, our presence has been scoured in stone, and we can win.
>>275550 >Even in loss, our presence has been scoured in stone fucking this, team has gone from mocked to feared to respected. a long way if you ask me. whatever happends its been a great ride.
>>275596 >>275595 FUCKING SECOND PLACE IN THE GRAND CHAMPIONS LEAGUE! ILL HAVE NO APOLOGIES! CONGRATS TO /D/ FOR SERVING SOME TENTACLES AND HORSCOCK! ITS TIME TO CELEBRATE!!
Sorry to be rude to your management, but please learn to be faster with your instructions. Good work boyos, thanks for coming out and watching the League.
I really think John Elway's absence crippled us in the end. Without him a lot of our passes relied on long distance shots too much, plus Syriana and Epona became too tired towards the end to be able to intercept the ball properly, allowing /d/ to score. The one goal we had was beautifully orchestrated though.
Sorry to everyone, Wand and I were very busy trying to crunch out an export for /biz/ if you haven't bough LINK I'm sorry all while I had /aesco/ duties to work on including making /pol/ and my own team's aesthetics for /biz/ which still are not done. So we were swamped and could not put the effort in to try and get things running at peak performance. We delegated the work to our now large testing pool, and in all honesty I'm impressed. Reminds me of my own first run where I didn't know what to do but through the sheer power of autism we got a top spot. So congrats and thanks for the rigging on their part. Hopefully next go round we'll be able to work more on the team as a whole team.
>>275619 >>275618 >>275616 All of this. >>275617 Stoppit stoppit stoppit! You must focus! You've got the summer cup! Thanks to you, and especially to the guy, and everyone else for bringing us this glorious day! We're /mlpol/! Even when we lose, we win!!
>>275632 >not get too salty over 2nd place Sure >congratulate /d/eviants for getting lucky on the rig How about one “good job”. I’m Rick Harris, and THIS is my final offer
