So bad news I'm too paranoid, tired, and a brainlet to get the thing working at the moment. fucking requirements txt being a cunt with faulty errors within many of the requirements, and with Torch version 1.0.0 not even existing easily to be used by anyone.
The pretrained sets I assume are for linux machines to execute (it's a tar file). Having not a linux machine that I downloaded it to makes that fairly difficult.

Okay so using the colab actually works pretty well. This is using the wrong training models to splice Shrek. Since I still need to use the account I used for this mp4 I just had the test folder to play with.
On my local side trying to run it from scratch runs into errors getting it all set up.
If the set up errors weren't there I think this would run really smoothly.

Interstingly this paper was made in 2019 of that December. A very busy winter for all sorts of things.
