08chan also appears to be "DDoS"ed too. They got spam flooded. An attempt was made to implement manually requested global IDs to help muting. This seems to have somewhat nuked most of everything. There are thousands of "updates" waiting to be pushed to the user/hosters which aren't coming through.
That manifesto must have been an epic threat (not).
If 8ch comes back and is resilient it will indicate powerful counter forces of some type are helping. Also it won't happen until after Watkins talks to Congress. I wonder what is really going on in the background.
