It could be a deal of specific treatment needed done in a specific way, like how certain medications are meant to be taken orally while others are injected. There's not a lot to say about it, the FARDC has a lot of outposts all around congo and they build those shacks to sleep/have some protection agains't the elements.
They sometimes stop civilians to ask questions.
