It could be the reason the UK got an extension from the EU all the way to October 31. The weather would be getting colder around that time, and the chance for prolonged demonstrations are lower at that time rather than if they had to leave now. But I think the UK parliament and the EU underestimate the steadfastness of voters that voted for Brexit.
