1: legitimate accident. Sometimes disasters happen despite the most exhaustive of precautions.

2: Islamic arsonist who wanted to destroy a significant Christian site.

3: EU Deep State arsonist. The EU faces the threat of being torn apart by events like Brexit and other nations following in Britain's footsteps.
