Phentermine works, but you do have to be fat to get it. Don't know what the rules are in leafland though. 27BMI is a US thing. If your "fat burner" capsules actually work, it might be tainted with DNP. DNP is basically the only fat burner that works, but it can kill you.
Otherwise, get your Testosterone and Estradiol checked. If your hunger is truly as bad as you say, you could have a hormone imbalance. Though, truth be told, I'm way more hungry now that I'm on TRT.

You still need to put in the effort to ensure that you're burning more calories than you're taking in, they(Transparent Labs) just claim that the capsules make it easier to do that. There's also some things in there for performance enhancement, particularly in stressing situations, which dieting gets defined as.
Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely keep an eye out for DNP and actively avoid it. I've been supplementing zinc and getting sun when I can to help my body produce testosterone. I've noticed an improved mood and increased appetite(they usually go hand in hand, right?) that could be attributed to the sunlight, testosterone, or both.
I don't know how much to lift, or how often I should lift it.

It also has 5-htp, the studies have been very good on this for weight loss / hunger suppression. You can buy it all cheaper seperate. The studies on 5-htp said to take 30 minutes before meals, and the dose was higher, like around 300-400mg before meals. 5-htp should not be taken if you are on anti-depression medication, it can really fuck you up.

At the gym, pretty much everyone bigger than me can lift bigger than me. Everyone smaller, lifts smaller. There's no big muscle loophole.

My lifts in the past few months were 2pl8 bench, 260lb squat, 270 dead, 130 OHP. Don't know why, but my deadlift has always lagged. Otherwise, I'm pretty OK, haven't really been pushing my lifts lately, have been trying to cut for summer. Been doing 5-6 time a week hard cardio on a stepmill. Did a DNP run recently, going to do another short, low dose (2 week) dnp run soon.
5ft10, 172lbs about 18% bf. Six pounds lost would get me down to 15%. Not really concerned about losing muscle I'm on TRT.

You will outgrow them, but if you start, be consistent and make some gains, you will feel better about dropping money on an oly set and a rack.
BTW, craigslist is great for used fitness equipment. I got most of my stuff off there. Friends have had good luck with "play it again sports". Depends what they have in stock though.
