I would assume that Discovery Family is well prepared for the end of the show, and the implications of that as well. Stuff like this is negotiated in broadcasting contracts years before the public is made aware, so they've probably got an exist plan. Most of the fandom just pirates their content anyway.
If it isn't, I don't really give a fuck about Discovery Inc. stick price. FiM is one of the last decent shows on any discovery network at this point.
