Last time it's a guy who has been identified on CCTV and arrested for dumping a condom filled with ink on the flag. It's been replaced a few times so far.
Another anon, Whurz also managed to capture it and post pics on his Twitter and on 4chan. He completely disappeared. Since; every thread about the HWNDU flag are banned on cuckchan since the staff supports ShiaLaBoeuf
