I think 5G mostly will be used in backend as it has theoretical max speed of 20Gbit/s (peak, perhaps more). This can be useful to bring broadband to rural areas without having to use cables. Also to connect different 4G mobile base-stations together without having to have physical cables to them. Some operators might bring 5G to mobile phones but it is a waste of bandwidth to do that, and will mostly just be a sales gimmick with no practical use (as of now at least - considering the "640k mem" prediction and all that).

I think we safely can say that the radio waves from 5G don't have the power to affect cells. People who have complained about all kinds of cellular networks usually don't know that the amount of wattage output form their WiFi router is magnitudes higher than that of mobile base stations. Also the first places you will see 5G rolled out is in cities as it is easy to service and do testing. So if anyone goes sterile it will be city dwellers that goes first. Also this is a technology developed by white people that don't have a SJW agenda, and mainly you can be assured that those who makes this tech are fairly good at what they do.
But if you you got any data to show for that points in that direction it would be better than blanket statements.

out of all of the school shooters i've researched, most of them were taking anti psychotics and anti depressants. so it would be likely they hear voices. would the cabal? yes.
