What exactly is the based black/other ethnic minority? Why is it that the hard right hate them, and the soft right worship them? Where do they belong in politics, if anywhere at all?

I don't think they should be hated or worshiped. It's really just a mutation of the left's identity politics, which has seeped so deep into the American mindset that people on the right fall victim to it as well. The problem is, no matter how you look at it, there's no reason a "based" black should be seen any differently than any other "based" individual. Whether or not you believe in ethno-nationalism makes no difference. If you embrace an ethno-nationalist viewpoint and believe that ethnic nation states should be the ultimate goal of the right, then a black person supporting white nationalism makes no sense and shouldn't be cheered or encouraged to participate. He would be a traitor to his race in the same way as white people who show up at BLM rallies. By the same logic, if you reject ethnic nationalism on the grounds that race shouldn't matter, it still makes no sense to point out the based black. By singling out black right-wingers as worthy of note on the basis of their being black, you acknowledge the significance of race. To someone who genuinely believes race doesn't matter, then race shouldn't matter and a based black and a based white would be the same thing. The whole thing is just a perversion of left-wing identity politics, in which a black person doing anything is automatically cheered solely on the basis of their being black. Wherever we end up exactly in terms of relations between the various races, this kind of attitude needs to be discouraged.

There are plenty of blacks that are redpilled about race realism, gibs and literal/figurative socialism, etc. and want stable and functional societies that are not segregated by law but by what best suits those societies. It depends on whether they actually are spreading true right-wing ideas, or are just ordinary conservatives, or worse yet, are exploiting the "based black" phenomenom for 5 minutes of fame. For example, I like That Guy T, not because he's black, but because he genuinely seems like he has thought out his ideas. As far as I'm concerned, if a black man respects whites (that is, recognizes their right to act in their own interests), respects himself (obstains from degeneracy), and respects his own people (working to give his posterity a good future, preferably out of the way of whites,) he's fine.

Based blacks are statistical anomalies and will never be enough to counter whites becoming a minority, which is what republicucks are hedging on. They are actively discouraged among both their own communities and the wider mainstream culture.

Just as we promote white nationalism we should promote black nationalism, as most blacks consider black nationalists to be more representative of them than so-called "Uncle Toms." We should (surreptitiously) support black nationalist movements in liberal strongholds with so-called "based blacks" as their leaders. They would essentially split the black community, since despite loving white gibs the rhetoric pushed by leaders implies they can do quite well apart from whites. Also the language they use against whites just as easily be used against jews, which firebrands like Farrakhan already do.

They are fine as long as they don't breed with our people and our people don't breed with them, ensuring both races aren't tainting each other. If they hate leftists as much as I do, then why should I deny them the ability to help the cause? Though we must ensure that our races aren't trying to breed each other out and destroying both identities in the process.
