Trump to use executive order to end birthright citizenship!

You don't," Trump said, declaring he can do it by executive order.>”When told says that's very much in dispute, Trump replied: "You can definitely do it with an Act of Congress. But now they're saying I can do it just with an executive order.">”We're the only country in the world where a person comes in and has a baby, and the baby is essentially a citizen of the United States ... with all of those benefits," Trump continued. "It's ridiculous. It's ridiculous. And it has to end.">”It's in the process. It'll happen ... with an executive order."But the babies of American citizens will still be American citizens, right?
So will this get rid of the beaners that are already here?
This is a perfect example of why we all need to go out and vote to support Trump. An executive order can be overturned by the next administration, but the longer these things remain in place the harder they are to get rid of, and they can be propped up with legislation. Plus, with a right wing Supreme Court the inevitable legal challenges will eventually get thrown out.
Vote. All Rs, not one D.
>>182012If trump actually does do this executive order (I think that it is much more likely that this is a trick to get Democrats to start talking about immigration before the midterms), then it would almost certainly only affect children born to illegal aliens. Children of US citizens, and probably also children of legal aliens, are citizens under the 14th Amendment.
>>182015The 14th Amendment was only ever meant to protect freed slaves; and it was hardly ever used for that purpose.
>>182015I hope this doesn't get used to force a "Citizenship Worthiness Test" onto all american kids that all nonwhites will pass by default.
