Should I call the police on my nigger neighbor next door?

I was playing baseball with my son in the backyard and he hit the ball to my nigger neighbors yard. I jumped the fence and got it and their window was open and I smelled weed.

I've just about had it with these niggers. They throw fucking parties all the time, their ( rented ) house looks like shit ( which lowers the value of everyone else house ), they don't cut their grass and I have a feeling it won't be soon before I get my stuff stolen. I've already stopped putting my possessions in my front porch and now in the backyard which has also has a lock now.
