Your bell curve shows that some niggers are more intelligent and your average white and that some whites are less intelligent than your average nigger where for the most part they pretty much have the same IQ.

If either curves weren't overlapping maybe you could differentiate between the whites and blacks, but this way racism is reduced to pure generalization.
