So why's this a bad thing?
It should've happened more slowly, the redesign was needless, but I get the impression that - for some people at least - the very fact that it happened at all is the issue.
Chryssi refusing redemption is fine. She's an individual. Some individuals are dicks. Good lesson. But brushing off an entire people as inherently damned-from-birth is the opposite extreme of everything the show's ever taught regardless of one's personal opinion on the topic.
