How can black people rise up and overcome?

>two in three black children are born out of wedlock
>the overwhelming majority of "youths" adhere to a nigger culture that glamorizes crime and violence, and reciprocates it in an unending cycle
>WORST of all, the ones that decide to not to follow his or her peers into mediocrity and make a reputable person out of themselves are harassed, even beaten up or killed for being "house niggers, "uncle toms", "white washed", and "sellouts"

I, for one, would be considered by many to be a racist, but I've known many quality black people that were intelligent, full of virtue, and were great company to be around.
