but yeah Spike at Your Service, or maybe Crystal Games
"Spike at Your Service". It doesn't go worse than that.
As for the "Slice of Life" - loved it. It was a giant thank you from the creators to the fans, no sense in digging too deep in it.
>>16835>>16836I didn't mind SAYS too much. It was not my favourite episode but it wasn't terrible either.
>>16835every spike episode is shit imo.
>>16842>>it was entirely a musical which really isn't my tastedamn you remind me of the christmas carol episode
well made garbage
>>16842I hated how rushed this reformation was. If it was a gradual change over several episodes it would make sense, but Diamond just went "lol im gud nao" and she suddenly bears no personal responsibility for her previous bitchiness
>>16841Inspiration Manifestation was pretty good, they didn't have to make Spike a retard for the plot to work
>>16892Oh yeah. I kinda always thought of that one as a Rarara episode though.
Simple ways. I fucking hated that episode. It was so bad it made me stop watching pone for about a month midseason
>>16956rarity getting btfo and Spike breaking the 4th wall are my favorite things about that episode
>>16842To be fair she is just a filly. Shitty parenting is what makes bratty kids and bratty kids like to boss around other kids.

>I hated how rushed this reformation was.I don't want to go too far down the horse psychology rabbit-hole but we should also consider the possibility that she wanted to change all along and just needed a nudge in the right direction.
>>16995>she wanted to change all along and just needed a nudge in the right directionnone of that was even hinted at until COTLM aired, and it was resolved in that episode, so yeah it was really rushed
Any Rainbow Dash episode ever
>>17001I kinda figure they just didn't wanna waste too many episodes with filly drama. She was about to loose her role (bullying the CMC) because they were gunna get their cutie marks.
I wouldn't defend bad writing necessarily but in this case it's kinda understandable.
>>16834I haven't been watching long but so far the only episode I've seen that I didn't care for was the one where Pinkie Pie babysits the Cake twins. It just seemed like the kind of "let's be cute for the sake of being cute" episode that writers of a show like this might churn out when they don't have any better ideas. The lesson also didn't seem to be anything more than "babysitting is a big responsibility," which is hardly a revelation even considering the show is meant for children. I didn't hate it I guess, it's mostly that I've just come to expect better from this show.
All of them because REAL MEN don't watch children's cartoons. They watch mature shows such as "The Man in the High Castle".
