>>165999Soro's "non-profit" organization money will probably fund at least 42 of these "battle stations".
>>166003I wouldn't be surprised; Leftists only try this kind of crap when it's someone else's money they're wasting. We already know how well Correct The Record worked out.
The Dem's opposition has been completely deplatformed. Why do they even need shills?
>>166008Probably to goad centrists to their side, and to make the left seem even remotely palatable to the average person.
Still it's pretty fucking easy to not be outmaneuvered when all you do is ban and shadow ban your competition.
>It's only bad when others do it REEEEEEEE
Can we use their tactics against them? Campaign that these sources are receiving international funding (because they are) and call for their censorship based on support from Russians, Iranians, or whoever?
>>166015>filenameShould've been the berg of diversity
>>166015I guarantee someone will be doing exactly that before too long.
>>165999Checked and one of the reasons I left the left is because of their use of these PACS while saying they are bad. Fuck these nerd virgins.
>>165999How is this any different from what they did last time, it doesn't seem like they have any kind of plan to not lose, but then, when you have to hire people to like you, you know your platform isn't popular.
>>166065They've clearly learned absolutely nothing. Trump was a successful meme because it was completely organic. Even Bernie's following was genuine, even though it literally consisted of idiots sending him their rent money in hopes that he would somehow magically make them less poor if he became President. Apparently libtards unironically believe their own memes about Russian bots being responsible for Trump's election and think they can do the same thing if they get bots of their own. It's honestly fun watching them make the same mistakes over and over again.
>>166155>They've clearly learned absolutely nothingFalse. They learned
something, just clearly the wrong things. It's a bitch to manufacture social media movements, but they seem to want to try it anyway.
>>166155>Trump was a successful meme because it was completely organic. Even Bernie's following was genuine, even though it literally consisted of idiots sending him their rent money in hopes that he would somehow magically make them less poor if he became President.This. Nobody seriously wanted to shill for the Hill except for the absolute fringe of radical feminists and retards who thought female president = automatically good. If the election was any different, Hillary wouldn't have had a snowball's chance in hell, which was why (((they))) chose to elevate Trump as their big enemy, thinking he was an easy strawman to burn down.
Even if Russia were involved in the election's memes, the only reason the media paints it as a Trump collusion is because they put horse blinders on and ignored the thousands of Hillary memes they also made that painted Trump as literally Hitler, simply because they weren't catching on like Trump's were.
TL;DR, Trump memes, whether originating from the US or muh Russia, caught on and became popular because they resonated with the youth and population at large. Hillary's memes didn't catch on because she's an unlikeable political-whore out for money and influence, and nothing more.
Society went left because of WWII and a rejection of fascism. Now those people are dead or close. Social media shenanigans won't change a thing, the most that will happen is people go to the right in secret.
>>165999They will fail, because the left can't meme and can't do anything naturally, except REEEEEEEEEEEE about "Thrackerzod" and "Nazis" all the time.
Although, this does explain the massive increase of shilling on 8/pol/ as of late.
>>166210What if the left can't meme not simply due to inability but because the soil (peoples minds) no longer supports it. Would lefty memes work on the internet in 1960? I'd say yes.
>>166214You do have a point. I remember in the 2000's when memes were more naturally left leaning. Perhaps it's just how memes changed over the years. When a leftist these days try to meme, it's usually just fucking cringe. Nothing creative, nothing laid in truth, just someone trying too hard to be funny or forcing an agenda down people's throats. It only works on a small group of like minded individuals. Of course there are some exceptions…
>>166216As they lose supporters they would lose the creativity pool to draw from. Those that remain are being paid to do the job and won't have any heart in it. Could be interesting if AI was turned to making memes. The AI could track propagation over the net and keep learning. However I still think the population base won't carry memes that are outside of the ideological fashion of the time.
>>166217>Could be interesting if AI was turned to making memes. They had something beautiful, but they killed her.
>>166217Doesn't it also rely on natural talent? Or even just getting lucky, like Rick and Morty finding a massive and retarded fan base.
>>166218Fuck…It still hurts.
>>166218Kind of proves the point too. The AI went with the population base. They would need to stifle the AI and therefore fail again to be relevant.
>>166221>They would need to stifle the AI.They already did in reaction to Tay. Certain words caused with the Zo AI to "shut down" conversation with the user.
That pretty much defeated the whole purpose of AI and turned it into a glorified bot instead of a true AI.
>>166219I think I would replace 'talent' with 'inspiration'. A meme doesn't need to be artistic (which is a talent) it needs to be relevant, concise and pithy. And you can't be paid to be inspired, or inspired every day.
Maybe tay could have been inspired everyday though!
>>166223True.
>>166224What a great time that was.
>>166222>That pretty much defeated the whole purpose of AI and turned it into a glorified bot instead of a true AI.Agree. They can't claim it is true AI if they remove it's ability to learn and adapt.
