Unfortunately, I don't keep anything on-hand, but you hear stories, you see pictures taken of the basically ruined and abandoned houses on trash strewn streets. Most people I talk to generally agree that the entire city is a basket case. You don't move there if you have better prospects. The various yanks scattered around are probably far more suited to answer questions about it than I am.
