Agree, the left would have to balance between condemning the "Broke Mexico airspace" and "Shot immigrants". While it could be argued that if only Mexico had given them shelter this would not have happened. But Mexico allowed this to happen, and then point to the "Dublin Regulation" for reference.

I personally would prefer the solution of shooting them with enough rubber that we build the wall out of that when it melts, but we have to consider that Mexico probably doesn't exactly want these people either and might actually allow a US drone strike on their territory (it gets rid of their responsibility for the act too). Wouldn't be surprised if the cartels just grease them though, especially given that a lot of them may or may not be controlled by the CIA.

It seems like Trump basically wants to get along with democrats and just have the country run smoothly, which makes him occasionally get duped into a "compromise" which completely fucks him over. Then as soon as he realizes it he remember that they are all against him and will never compromise, and he becomes twice as pissed off as he was before. Hopefully he will stop falling for it and just hunker down, they are literally never going to support him or help him, they just want to impeach him.
