It's fairly simple, but it's not exactly a good design if you're trying to turn a pistol into a pseudo rifle. Is it meant to sidestep laws that prohibit giving automatic pistols stocks and grips or something?

Just throw a 30 round mag on it, and you have what is essentially an uzi with a shoulder stock. Sure, not something you can conceal and lug around, but man, drive-by shootings in Chicago would be something to see if white people did it.
