>>131640Reeeeeeeeeeeee! My 2nd amendment!
>>131640If it isn’t the government, it’s the banks and corporations. I like how they always say it isn’t their goal to rid the world of firearms as this is a blatant lie. None of these people ever hide the fact that they want to disarm everyone. People always come out and speak about how they hate guns and their plans to push for gun control. This is simply the first step.
I would guess next would be to enforce gun control with many extra licenses and in order to do business with banks you need to provide these as proof that you are a good goy. Don’t want to have to lend money to potential wrongthinkers… er… terrorists, do we?
>>131654They're terrified of the plebs being armed and able to get fed up with their globalist bullshit.
My favorite is how guns are both ineffective (Can't fight a drone strike - nevermind the operator's family)
But so deadly they must be confiscated at all costs.
>We respect people's Constitutional right, but come on. It's 2018, people. Just compromise and give up SOME of your constitutional rights. Why aren't you being reasonable?
Fuck that.
>>131656>My favorite is how guns are both ineffective (Can't fight a drone strike - nevermind the operator's family) But so deadly they must be confiscated at all costs.A favorite of mine is how they claim to want to save lives and stop gun crime, yet their regulations frequently ignore handguns and instead target the rifles and automatic weapons that are virtually never used in crime but would be extremely useful at toppling tyrants.
>>131659That's because the one pushing for gun control are Marxists gunning for a police state. They must be opposed at all costs.
>>131660The only way it makes sense.
All their control efforts make perfect sense when you see it as a push to disarm uppity citizens from their glorious People's State.
There's no safety involved in any of it, as statistics blow them out every time.
Safety is not the goal.
Control is.
Large businesses have too much power.
>>131668This wouldn't be a problem, but the state keeps propping them up through bailouts and legislation. Otherwise companies like this would be fucked in the face of the free market.
>>131660I'm well aware.
I'm always frustrated by idiots who think that the second Ammendment is there for hunters or simple defense of life and property. Our founding fathers broke away from a tyrannical government. That's why they filled our constitution with so many checks and balances to try and safeguard from our government becoming corrupt over time. The second amendment was one of those failsafes. The primary purpose of the second Ammendment is to act as the Sword of Damocles and forever hang over the heads of our elected officials.
>>131673Once companies have enough cash to buy influence they will do it. You can't expect politicians to not take bribes.
I've always wished for Citigroup to have gone bankrupt; there was a good chance of it happening last time without the bailouts. An upended economy would be better than this.
..Corporations acting like they are the government.
Anon in Industria was not supposed to be a manual!
>>131640>"But we want to do our part as a company to prevent firearms from getting into the wrong hands."Sure, that's why you're barring yourselves from doing business with clients who sell bump stocks and high-capacity magazines. That'll definitely help stop guns from getting into the "wrong hands". It's not like you just put that in there to push the line a bit further towards making guns illegal, oh no, definitely not.
Jesus fuck, the world's gone retarded.
