I was a sheeple until two years ago. I left Facebook. I sometimes miss the convenience to contact my friends, but it's not tradeoff for the data of all of my life.
I use facebook only to keep in contact with some old friends and family. Facebook is a dangerous place to post things, expecially political ones. If you apply for a job, expect your facebook to be snooped.

It's a bit late for me. I simply couldn't resist the bait and so got dragged into political discussions a couple years back with my real name. It may permanently damage my employment prospects but if I can redpill enough people it'll be worth it. If I get to work in a noncucked country there should be no issue anyway. Who knows, if the pendulum swings round in time it may be a boost to my reputation that I'm consistent in principle and beliefs.
