As promised. Sorry for the wait, had some setbacks. By now I thought I would have done at least 7 worthy sketches instead of one. This is supposed to be Aryanne,I emulated the body to the likeness of the shew, thought the head doesn't match. I nary liked the shew's style that much, its too modern for my taste.
Any suggestions?

I suppose since its analogue the transfer to digital makes it cryptically uncanny.

You definitely went more realistic looking pony. The realism is why >>93122 thinks it looks creepy imo. It may look better colorized though. The fidelity of the art looks good though, you should be proud of that. Maybe try a more cartoonish head? IDK, I am not an artist, just seen a lot of art.

What happened was that I drew the head then proceeded to draw the body, I realised at that point that I'm not following the style but felt bad about erasing the head.

It's pretty nice. Very basic pose, and the realism on almost on par. Some caveats are the muzzle and eyes (the right eye is too big as well the fact they don't have any irises nor glints.) With the latter I might admit being a stylistic choice. There's a crossroads with style you can go here; overly realistic or cartoonish. The hooves could also be more horselike which would top this amalgamation of two styles. Again, nice work. You're one of the best artists here. I hope to see some more your work, hopefully digital.

didn't want to mess up. 'tis Just a sketch, If you all want you could digitally add the colors and that jazz, frankly I am disappointed with the body.

Ah, you're more akin to the traditional medium. I used to be that way too, but I settled into digital for the sake of circulating my content more. It has this clean look to it that removes the "awkwardness" of posting a posting sketch. Plus the added conveniences of digital art.

I never used a digitise stylus. Are those hard to work with? Does it not pick up pen pressure or something?
Ah, you're more akin to the traditional medium. I used to be that way too, but I settled into digital for the sake of circulating my content more. It has this clean look to it that removes the "awkwardness" of posting a posting sketch. Plus the added conveniences of digital art.

For me traditional are holds the soul of the creator more so than digital.
Never liked digital but it has its place so if I need it I'll use it I guess.
