/mlpol/ - My Little Politics

Until just two months ago, I browsed /pol/ every single day, without fail, for a streak of three years: there was no way I was going to miss the April 1st fiasco.
Like some, I was a bit angry at first, but that quickly went away when I realized that all the bots, trolls, and T_D nufags had gone: I'd found a sort of peace within the chaos. I'd never been a horsefucker before, or even been to /mlp/ for that matter, but I soon found that several of the horsefuckers lurking there were oldfags from the old /b/, and it felt strangely nostalgic.
After browsing through various art-dumps and having some reddit-free /pol/ discussions, I wished the board would never go away, which it ultimately did after that fateful weekend. After returning to /pol/, again ready with all of the bots, shills, trolls and redditards, I nearly felt sick: I could hardly look at the board anymore after seeing what it could've been like bullshit-free.
Like I usually did when I felt like screaming at a wall, I went to /qa/ and autistically screeched board back. I probably would've given up after two day is the spiteful weebs there hadn't started antagonizing me and giving me a target to vent my butthurt on. I soon realized that there were quite a few other autists screeching there alongside me, and it turned into a shiposting war with no let up. It was on /qa/ that I found the link to this website, and I've been posting here every day ever since.

While I'd never watched mlp before, I knew in advance that /pol/, /k/, and /mlp/ were allies in times of strife. You should have been in the thread where this one /k/ommando went through an existential crisis when he realized that if US civil war 2 ever happened, that it would be nazis and horse fuckers watching his back in the trenches and helping him fight to preserve the ideals that he holds dear.

For the first time in a long time, besides Trump's victory, I was smiling with real happiness. It was so chaotic I just lurked. By hour four, I had decided this was the best thing to have had happen to /pol/. The more I talked to the horsefuckers, the more I realized they'd been fisted like we had been. I could not go back to before and still can't

I woke up in morning checking on my mobile with the biggest fucking grin I could make. The rest of the day, I spent it on the board. Best April Fools ever.

I had never visted 4chan before April 1st. I heard about the merged boards when I was talking to a friend, who i talk rightwing politics with and who knew about my love of ponies, and he told me of the April fools joke. So I went to 4chan mlpol and it was the most incredible thing I had ever seen. Both of my loves were together in one place, and the peaceful interaction of the two cultures. I took screenshots of everything and felt sad to see it all end when midnight approached. But morning came, and /mlpol/ was still there. I was happy to see this, and spent all of Sunday lurking the incredible new image board. I noticed Monday that all posts dated no later than 2:20 AM Monday morning. I went to /mlp/, saw that it had been frozen, and that the community had moved to /qa/.

So I went there and saw the war against the Weeaboos who had taken over the board months before. It was on the second day of /mlpolqa/ that I posted for the first time. Most people there thought they could get the frozen board back, but I knew that wasn't going to happen, so I posted ponies and engaged in the bump war against the weebs as they tried to slide our threads off the board. I thought we could outlast them, and we could make a community there. I made my first threads there as well, and began to be acquainted with the culture.

By Thursday, new options for boards existed offsite, and I began to visit all of them, with this one being the most inhabited. The mods came in and deleted many pony threads on /qa/, so I knew that /qa/ could be no permanent home, so I tried to tell others of a migration. I've been on this site since the day it was created. I've posted here every day and lurk the hell out of it, save for a four day period at the end of May

I really liked pre 2014 /pol/ but unfortunately the shills made this place so shit you can't recognize it. I expected the victory of Trump to make them go away. I was wrong.

I tried going to /pol/ but it was glitchy. After emptying my cache, I found that both boards merged. It was pretty interesting to see how people quickly found that they shared a lot of opinions.
The autistic screeching of both boards ceased and we had interesting threads about politics, pony and porn. /pol/ was always very tsundere for ponies and the merge showed that both communities would be fine if it was permanent.
The horsepussy kept the shills away and the different adress made bots go apeshit.
Unfortunately the fun ended because of gookmoot. I'm glad we have a place here. I wish there wxere more people. I wouldn't mind 10 times more people than we currently have.

My name is Silver, and I was there when it all went down. When it was taken away, we all demanded it back. I'm currently banned for posting on /trash/ demanding /mlpol/ back and triggering the braindead touhoufags too high on lolifag fumes to understand why we were making noise or why we wanted something they didn't.

The best feels 4 me came on the morning of Apr 2. Logging back into mlpol while /pol/ was back up was like having the door to Narnia but better

Those 2.5 months feel like at least half a year for me.

I started using 4/pol/ at the height of USA election. Before that I browsed FJ and 4/mlp/. I put on lot of effort with other anons few days before the elections.

Looking back, I'd say Trump was the right choice but it seems to me now he backs Saudis who back terrorists who are also responsible for terror in Europe. I am disappointed but I suppose it foreseeable.

I knew about CTR but CB really reckted 4/pol/. I had no clue about how much impact they did on 4chan until merger happened. And I am glad it did. It was eye opener and combination of my 2 favorite things.

After board got frozen I put similar effort into our protests on 4chan. Took few days off uni. It impacted my study performance significantly.

I am glad Atlas made this website. I mean, its bit difficult to me to imagine us grow on other websites as a board, under another owner.
We can no longer be shutdown like at 4chan. We are our own masters and what we build is something great.

I see this website as a sanctuary, to break away from madness and divide on clearweb social media. I am newfag but others say that this original chan culture. I am sure many other chans would disagree but nevertheless we built something so unique that I am yet to see anyplace else on internet to come close to what we have here.

I hope to use this website to encourage self improvement and learn to fight whatever monsters are taking over the internet at the present.

April 1st on 4chan. I visit both boards so combining the two was awesome. It was supposed to die off after the 1st but didn't. It kept going and remained a hidden board. We all thought that it was going to be a permanent hidden board. So we made our own Edicts, Rules, and Constitution. It was a slice of heaven that many didn't know still existed and every day, we still were talking about it on /mlp/ and /pol/ The only ones tat didn't like it were the shills.

It was about a week and the board was finally locked and that was the end of it. /mlp/ and /pol/ then decided to revolt on their own boards then someone got the odd idea that /qa/ was the place to go to speak to the admins. The started the weebo wars for the ponies.

These wars would continue for a very very long time. But then this died, and for a while no one talked about /mlpol/ It was as if it were dead, or perhaps rule 1.

It took a while for someone to blab and it was in the form of a huge infographic on the history of /mlpol/ which lead right back to this site and I been here ever since.

I forget what exactly the order of events was from there, but I do remember that at some point either that night or the next day, I started frantically skimming both /pol/ and /mlp/ for any mention of /mlpol/, from there I found out that we were occupying /qa/ in protest, so I dove right in and started shitposting all over the place. Got banned after a while, but at one point someone kept namedropping endchan.xyz/mlpol/ as a bunker, so I started hanging out there. That place was my homeboard for a bit, it was slow but comfy. Some other bunker sites, including this one, started popping up so I frequented those too, all while raiding /qa/ on 4chan (whenever I got banned I would usually take a trip down to a local wifi spot and shitpost from there). After a bit endchan got nuked, this place was meanwhile becoming the most popular of the bunker boards, and the remaining sites faded into obscurity, so I started hanging out here primarily.

Sooner or later /qa/ got frozen thanks to our collective effort. I feel like it was relatively peaceful for a bit, then we started raiding [s4s]. Since they were banning for ponies we were all trying to think up clever horse-related things to raid with. I settled on posting pictures of the Denver Broncos. Since I am autism incarnate, I soon began spewing out autistic jibberish about the Denver Broncos and John Elway. Apparently we shit up [s4s] so effectively that they unfroze /qa/ just so we'd shitpost there instead. I think we all know the rest of the story.

It's been a very fun ride, /mlpol/, wouldn't trade it for anything.
