This is not even remotely accurate.

However, it's not a Judaic thing either. It's a medieval illustration filled with Hermetic symbolism, and there are too many symbols present to go over each one also, I don't remember exactly what everything in this image means. The most prominent thing I'd call attention to are the words "solve" and "coagula" written on the arms, and the corresponding direction each arm is pointing. The hermaphrodite is a common hermetic image as well, and no it doesn't have anything to do with transgenderism or any of that nonsense.

The tl;dr of this image is that it's a deeply-coded illustration of hermetic alchemy, which is itself a deeply-coded means of communicating pre-Christian spiritual knowledge considered heretical at the time. Basically the process of alchemy describes the process of attaining enlightenment, union with God, whatever you want to call it exactly. The image of the hermaphrodite is not meant to be taken literally; it basically refers to the union of masculine and feminine (solar/lunar) energies that takes place during this process.

The image of the Baphomet was an important image to the Knights Templar. They might have even produced this illustration of it, though I'm pretty sure the image itself predates them. It was more or less transmitted into the modern canon of symbols via the Freemasons, who basically aped a lot of the Templars' imagery and rituals without really comprehending what any of it meant. It's taken on a more sinister character in the modern view due to its (incorrect) association with devil-worship. Modern "Satanists" are even bigger larpers than the Freemasons were, so you can usually assume that most of the people throwing this image around, including the people who put up a statue of it as some kind of anti-Christianity protest, know absolutely fuck-all about it. Most of them just like the picture because it's edgy-looking.

For more information (and a much better explanation of this shit than I am able to provide), I'd recommend checking out "The Hermetic Tradition" and "Eros and the Mysteries of Love" by Julius Evola. iirc all of this is covered pretty extensively in both books.
