The White House today has announced that, under the advice of civil rights leaders, there is a temporary ban on horses from being used by the Border Patrol agents, at least in Del Rio.

With the current climate and how things tend to escalate, I will assume that this ban will only be pressured to stretch further and we may soon see a larger ban on horses due to being mean to illegal immigrants.
I think we should have a little brainstorming project for a new border patrol themed OC pony to join the ranks of our other friends. Perhaps a pony with a whip?

Yes, I can read the pony that says ICE on it, but that doesn't really convey the whole south/west border feeling to show that the horses are being banned. We have a firefighter with the SS logo and Aryanne with the swastika, so why not another OC for this particular situation that is related to the ICE pony at least tangentially?
