If not, I would advice you to not focus on increasing the amount, either in reps or in weights while simultanously eating more and sleep well but also not worry too much about your techinque as or other things that will make you not focus on breaking down muscles to build them up. I believe this is also a good cure against porn, to get a a waifu for reproduction.

While I agree with the rest, I do think this sort of thinking is not very well thought out either. Will nd self-control is like any other skill, it can require practice. This constant push to sexualize every single aspect of our society is indeed something that cause harm. People are obviously at faul to some degree but at the same time, the architects behind it are s well.
This goes similar for stuff like the pc brainwashing. To a degree the brainwashed people deserve it because they haven't questioned the system enough but the same time they have prehaps not gotten the same information as I have gotten.
My point is that its both the people who vote and believe in the system who are at fault but also the liars and decievers for doing everything they could to decieve while simultanously the public are somewhat excused for their deeds because they didn't know any better.

People are at fault for different reasons for why the situatio is like it is. I for example, is not quilt free. In my daily life, there have been moments where I could have been more upfront with my opinions on matters and perhaps then things would have been different but I get quiet becuase of reasons. I'm not saying people are all equally to blame and so on.

My point is that there is a point here about not giving access to porn for some people because they cannot handle it, like the masses of men. Because it would be better for them. Like, not all children can mangae their own diet and therefore parents limits or ban sweets this is in similar vein. However, I prefer freedom before security anytime so I'm not really for the goverment starting to limit the internet and son on. Just adding my two cents.
