>>272498Woohoo! Still living the dream. I may not be all that great, but I'll try to do something for this. Thank you for everything you've done so far.
bump, I'm making something for this
I was sure that by now the project was finished.
Since its taking so long, i might even have time to make another video for the thing.
>>272821I plan to do this project on a yearly basis and release the end result a week before Christmas. This way everyone should have time at some point in the year to commit a few weekends to the project and add something. If you want to add more, that’s great. Hopefully we can build momentum and each project will draw more anons to give it a shot.
A quick refresher to remember what happened last time in ten seconds. I don't expect this to be in Ponies The Continuation, but it is amusing.
>>273385Just an idea: why not include that 10-sec video (perhaps make it a tad less compressed, maybe even 30 sec) as a "Previously, on Ponies: the Continuation"
>>273385>>273393Sounds good to me. I am currently working on a couple of submissions thanks to the wonderful additions to pony that is pony life. There is a lot to work with here, but I won’t be skipping out on the real stuff. So far the line up is looking good. If we keep up momentum we are going to at least match the run time of the last one if not surpass it.
The dumpster fire that is Derpibooru offers a host of different opportunities and a lot of great ideas come to mind. I've never made a video before so where do I start?
1000% makes the audio not desync. here it is 43 seconds of greatness.
>>273485I am using DaVinci Resolve, and I'm testing out opentoonz. I am using DaVinci to change the video.
I've never made a video before but as soon as 15.ai is back up i'm going to work on it.
https://twitter.com/fifteenai>>273485>>273492I suggest blender. It is free and with a couple of tutorials you can get decent results. There are some limitations that are annoying and a couple of tricks that the program doesn’t make clear, but I’m willing to help if you have questions on that application. I don’t have the experience on others to give many useful tips, but I will see what I can find to aid where I can.
If I wind up making something I'll see if I can incorporate a green screen effect or two. A lot of these can be used in funny ways:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFNZrRSBNSwhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZH9mejGzmhMI might work on a quick tutorial video for blender so if anyone interested wants to get up to speed for the basics, they can just get a brief intro into the program without spending an hour looking through youtube and help forums.
I hope you all are ready for more cutout-pony shenanigans. There are a few more in the works.
>>274711/)
saw this video a couple weeks back. good stuff and creative presentation.
>>274711And more cutout shenanigans there are indeed. Super cute!
We have a combined total of 8 clips so far, and only in July. Keep it up everypony! This one is going to be well worth the wait.
A quick bump. We have a great line up of clips so far, but we are still missing yours anon, so remember to get started before the deadline sneaks right up on you.
The deadline draws nearer and nearer. Friendly page 7 bump.
About 2 months left. I have been a bit busy and have fallen behind on making clips, but I should still have enough time to make enough to make this project at least equal to the previous one in run time. Time is running out though, so if you are interested in participating, now is the time to get started. I hope you all enjoy the final product.
>>284872Take your time OP, quality is better than run time.
Celestia speed.
>>272821Such a lifework is never truly complete.
We are now coming up on the final month before compilation and reveal. I will gladly accept all submissions up till the final day, then I will post what we have and begin work on the next one.
My schedule has hampered a lot of my plans for what was going to be done with this iteration of the project, but I’ll simply carry it over to the next year’s release when I should be able to complete my projects. I hope you still enjoy what the work that has been provided thus far and will join us if not this time, next year for another installment of Ponies the Continuing.
