It's called Secret Horse Files for those that don't want to download it. It's HTML5 Javascript css game. Adding stuff shouldn't be too hard if you have the baseline. Even if the version is not the newest it's still very decent, and downloading, or copying the HTML, and JAVASCRIPT from his website.

Apparently in patreon version 3a28 it has alot more stuff. Four version difference does have many changes from what the patron patch notes say.
If you're on Linux, you probably already know how to serve a folder via a webserver, but make sure you allow serving .atlas, .cdb, and .fnt files in addition to the normal file types.

Just install Python 3 (if you don't already have it), run python3 -m http.server 8080 on the directory that has the game (or a parent of it) and then browse to http://localhost:8080

For whatever reason the fucker making the game won’t release the JavaScript map files (produced automatically when the game is built and packed) as though his codebase is the authorization for the nuclear launch silos. If he releases that someday, expect to see massive mods and overhauls. Until then, people are stuck fucking around with minified JavaScript that implements a different language so modding will be hella slow. If people are interested in a mod or two, give me a (you) along with a request and I’ll try to make it happen.

Honestly there has been a lot of improvement and I’m glad that it’s still being worked on. I was going to suggest new hand modes and they have been added. It might be time that a brief guide/tutorial is needed because it took a while figuring out how to collect fluids. Better customization of different body parts is an excellent improvement, and the facial expressions seem much more active than before. I think the game is better optimized as well with generally good improvements overall.
Suggestions: More different hand “modes”: - Currently three modes: one-finger rubbing, “rough” touching which may involve pinches, and tickling - Full-finger rubbing (wider area and a bit more intense) - Caressing/petting (most effective on face/torso/sides/belly) - Grabbing/holding (gives a squeeze) - Kissing - Licking
A ghostly hand can be seen to help differentiate each of these modes. Characters react differently to different modes on different parts of the body Some respond in a “cute” way, like putting hooves on the hand and looking at the player in response to belly rubbing
“Embarrassment” vs. “Show-off” meter; different from interest/fear or arousal/disgust, characters can be embarrassed being touched in certain areas, being in certain situations or being around other characters (for example although Twilight likes Celestia she would be embarrassed being around her at such a time). Other characters like the publicity and will grin smugly. However, characters who are either embarrassed or showing off will be very perturbed by an interrupted or ruined orgasm.
Grabbing/holding can move body parts around realistically (such as legs or breasts). Mane/tail can be grabbed and pulled and some characters are into that. This is probably harder to implement than it sounds because game assets are flash-based and not 3D. Hair brushes can be used to actually brush hair for the gentler sort.
Lingerie of several styles (which can be pulled off/down/up)
Clothing for the upper torso (like shirts)
Mares visibly wink when aroused. Also realistic vaginas/marecum is a big bonus as an option. Bodily fluids can stay on body.
Although being able to adjust crotchboob sizes is a nice feature it is better served by a slider. White ponies may have pink tinges on nipples and vulva.
Different position modes/viewpoints.
Very simple speaking in the form of speech/thought bubbles. Will add flair and individuality to each character.
And although a lot of new characters could be added (Milky Way in particular) it shouldn’t impossible to have a custom character creator, as all existing characters operate off pre-existing assets that could hypothetically be recolored.

Tried it out Shining's whiteness left a ghost image in my failing 4k monitor that took half an hour to get out. This is the best feature of the game and should be left in.
5.5 weeks after he gave the username and password for the new build, it's still not up. I think we can consider this project almost dead at this point.

8. Open a javscript supported browser and type [ http://localhost:#### ] Enter. A bunch of files should start loading in the Cmd Prompt, including "GET /styles.css HTTP/1.1" "GET /main.dart.js HTTP/1.1". If these load up and a bunch more, you've done it. Just wait for it to finish loading.
9. To close the local server after use, press ctrl+c in Cmd Prompt.

The closest I could find was a standalone program called Wget from the GNU project which claims to be able to retrieve the .html file, but doesn't say anything about javascript. My suspicion is this is equivalent to the "save as..." button after right clicking a page, which afaik only saves front-end data and assets which are used by html and not ones that would only be used by javascript (which is what SHF uses).
Small note, if you have one of the old builds of the game that are offline, it's essentially just the web game, but in an electron wrapper.
So, you could duplicate your game folder, and then overwrite the files in resources\app, and you basically get an electron shell to play the web version in.
Ah, also, I've messed around with the files. I've made modifications to make them all blonde.
I tried turning Braeburn into a filly, but it backfired, because the manes are locked into position, and I couldn't find a way to move them. The settings in the atlas just made it show other parts of the spritesheets or made it clip its bounds, which looked really bad.
It looks like we'll have to wait for Dailevy to actually fix his rigs with this automatic rigging system he's been implementing before being able to turn every character into a filly, unfortunately.
I've included backups, so you can overwrite without worry.
Note that this is for v37, not v38, it'd probably break v38, recolors notwithstanding
On another side note, you can recolor the body, the dildos, most things, except for manes.
If he had just made the manes white, you could have had recoloring functions for the manes too.
And then you could have sliders in-game to decide the color of the manes, of the body, of the dicks, all from in-game.
Why isn't this a thing?
... Oh wait. Nevermind. You could need to have different portions recolorable with different colors, which would either require a mask, or a duplicate of colorable parts of the manes overlaid on top and recolored separately.
It could still be doable however, provided he was the one to implement it, as it doesn't seem to pheasible with the files as they are.
I might be wrong however, while I do make mods from time to time, my programming and reverse-engineering skills leave something to be desired.
It is the one thing I could imagine being implemented without breaking everything or needing an entire rewrite like he's been doing.
Remember that the updates on his Patreon are an overall of what he has accomplished during those livestreams. Picarto is just to there to show you that he is there actively working on it every week. Levy also now saves every livestream to his video categories, so you can see what has been worked on at anytime. Levy is also displaying progress bars in his newest Patreon posts now to visually show you what is there to go before the update.
