It very easily could be real, she probably just had no idea what she was writing. I'm sure she's signed thousands of autographs personalized to people's dumb OC pony names and so forth, and just makes it out to whatever the person wants. Based on what I've read of her Twitter I don't think she knows much about the internet outside of normie social media, nor would she approve of us if she did.
